Jonathan with JV Construction does exceptional work. We hired him to finish up a pre-listing home inspection punch list, and he handled a wide variety of repairs quickly and professionally. His work included: Shower door installation (including picking up the door from Home Depot) - very tricky and stumped two other contractors Drywall repair, sanding, and touch-up painting Tile setting and grouting Basement framing and joist reinforcement/sistering GFCI outlet installation / electrical updates Sump pump discharge dry well digging and gravel prep Bathroom exhaust fan repair and replacement Skylight leak inspection and appliance troubleshooting (dishwasher drainage) Jonathan has great communication, offers honest recommendations, and is skilled across carpentry, tile work, drywall, and general home repairs. If you need a skilled and reliable contractor for a bathroom remodel, handyman punch list, or pre-sale repairs, I highly recommend JV Construction.
