Be more responsive to clients, I understand things come up and our personal lives that may postpone professional obligations but there has to be a line of communication. Project day came and gone with no communication that's not appropriate.
Was a pleasure working with the crew. Worked fast and hard to complete the job in a quick manner. Would recommend and will be doing business with them again.
I would not hire K&A again. The work was expensive for the quality that was delivered, and several areas were left unfinished or poorly completed. When I raised my concerns, I was told the issues were not their responsibility, even though they were part of the agreed scope of work. The job also left behind a significant mess, and I had to hire additional contractors to repair and complete the work, which ended up costing me even more. Erik also represented himself as a general contractor, but when I asked about his contractor’s license, he never provided one. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and verifying credentials before hiring.
K&A delivered all the way throughout , from the quick response ,to the quality of work. The crew was very professional and accurate on work performances. Glad I made the right choice.
