I can't say enough great things about Michael and Melissa! Michael installed our new roof within 2 days of initialing contacting him. He and his crew were the best and worked against the weather to ensure all was taking care of before the ice storm we just had. Michael explained every step in installing our roof; Melissa was fantastic in communicating the billing process and warranty documentation. If it sounds like Michael and Melissa almost 'walk on water' well, you're right according to my husband and I. We definitely will hire them for any home projects we have in the future.

Mikey was super professional, punctual and did any awesome job on my roof. I was missing one shingle on my roof due to winter storm but my ridge shingles were weathered as well. He did A1 job replacing all of them at a great price . I will definitely hire him again.
Mike and Todd did an outstanding job. Mike explained things to me each day so I knew exactly what was being done. The water damage to my roof, sheathing and eaves was extensive but I feel like I was in good hands with Mike. Communication was great and he even helped me with the insurance. I will definitely use them for other jobs that I need. Mike really cares about the quality of the job and satisfaction of the client.
Excellent work and very responsive. Exceeding the scope of work fixing several areas that were problems. Truly has the competency to help with any project large or small. Will use again.
Mike and his crew were very professional and did a great job on the roof of my house and garage. They are very hard workers and left my home and yard well cleared of roof debris and nails. I would definitely use them again
Mike came right over after I requested a quote and went up on my 2 story house and showed us pictures of what was wrong with our roof. He was very nice and professional. Melissa was very clear about paperwork and answered all my questions. Super nice local people.
Response time was quick. He showed up as promised and his pricing was fair. Hard to find pros for small, but necessary jobs. Would definitely consider him for future work.
They were very professional, courteous and efficient with our roof trim repair. Would easily select them again for our next home improvement project and would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation!
Made appointment to drop by to give an estimate, did not show up at the scheduled time or call to cancel.
Mike and his team did a great job! We are VERY happy with the quality and efficient professional installation of our new garage roof. They left are yard clean and took away all debris. Terry
Mike and his team were phenomenal from start to finish. We were first time home owners needing to replace our roof, and Mike helped us make informed decisions, presented us with different options to help us budget appropriately, and the new roof is leaps and bounds above and beyond what we could have expected. He even gave us daily updates so that we were involved in every step of the process. We highly recommend K & M's for any job, big or small!
