I had a small one bed one bath condo which needed a new vinyl flooring and entire interior fresh painting within a week. Gio and his team finished the project in four days, way earlier than expected and did a fantastic job. Always very responsive and all of their workers were friendly and professional.

Gio and his team made this project so easy for me. Good communication, clear choices, all the details handled without me having to be involved, unless I wanted to be. I will hire them again.
Gio of Kairos Builder was very Professional and Friendly and did what he said he would do. The fixtures he made for me were nice looking and he even came back a SECOND time without charge to add some reinforcement materials that they needed.
Kairos builder did lvp flooring in my entire house and redid my master shower. They did a great job and my house looks great! Definitely recommend.
Did an amazing job - helped us stay within budget, communicated during the whole process, followed up to make sure everything was to our liking, and worked around our schedule - will be using them for future work!
