KAS was the best contractor crew I have ever used. Super quick work, very responsive, helped me make sure my insurance was set up to pay for the roof replacement (after hail) and was very pleased with the quality of the work.

About Kas Contracting
Kas Contracting is a local general roofing contractor with emphasis in residential and commercial insurance recovery and restoration. Through developed relationships with insurance agencies and realty companies, we provide asset protection with pre-loss/pre-sale inspection programs and post loss/post sale restoration programs, providing an invaluable service to insured and homebuyers and sellers alike. Additionally, with our many years of a "customer-first" philosophy, we pride ourselves on providing a fresh and honest way of dealing with contractors far removed from the "good-ol'-boy" mentality of yesteryear. We're there when we say we're going to be there. We call when we say we are going to call and most significantly, we treat you as our most important client simply because you are. It may sound simple but in this day and age of profits over performance of quantity over quality, we strive to maintain a profound principle of simply doing what is right over doing what is expected.
Reviews
We have yet to start our project but John was very punctual, professional and pleasant during our bid process. We struck a fair deal at a winning competitive price. He has kept in touch through the order process and I look forward to completing our project soon.
Communication with John was easy and smooth. He patiently explained what options are available.
John is the best. He is professional and responded to all of my questions concerning our new roof. We were selling a house in Lakeway and were out of state when the roof was put on. John sent us updates along the way. I highly recommend Kas Contracting.
Kas Contracting did a great job. Our roof is perfect and they handled the insurance company for us, saving us time and trouble.
I really appreciated working with John. Very considerate of my time and schedule. Would definitely recommend this contractor!
Worked with John for a roof replacement. Very personable and professional. He worked as my advocate when dealing with the adjuster and kept me informed at all times for scheduling. They set the bar for Customer Satisfaction. I'd recommend them to everyone and anyone in need of roofing replacement.
The inspector reviewed my roof for any damage from Hurricane Harvey and found no missing shingles. He did note that there was some old hail damage that we should report to USAA for evaluation, which in progress.
We ended up not being able to use Kas Contracting for any actual work, but he was extremely responsive and helpful in answering my questions on getting my project complete. I'm sure if we had hired him he would've been extremely professional and done quality work.
We had a great experience with Kas Contracting and would highly recommend them to everyone.
Erik was incredible to work with. They did such a great job and all at a great price. Customer service at it's highest level. Thanks guys.
Couldn't be happier with the new roof put on my rental property by Kas Contracting! John Sauer was professional and courteous. John kept me informed throughout the process and patiently explained everything to me. He also dealt with my insurance company and got me the coverage I needed. I own another rental and will definitely be calling John to replace that roof as well! Thank you John and Kas for an excellent experience!!!
The job was estimates for roof repair and no follow up was my experience. One e-mail and no reply to the e-mail response to set up schedule for estimates.
