They even went the extra mile and kindly helped me move the cleaned sofa and carpet outside so they could dry faster and stay protected from my toddler. Very professional. Very sweet. I just feel like the detail work for a deep clean was lacking. She offered to stay and fix things but had already been in the house for 8 hours. Overall just very underwhelming results. Offered a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee and reiterated that it’s only good for 24 hours. It didn’t work with my schedule so I’m moving on. She did give me a discount however I had waited a long time to pay for a deep cleaning and was just upset.
