We loved working with Casar. He gave us a good bid, showed up when he said he would, finished our fence to perfection, and was so friendly. We are recommending him to our neighbors.

Kay Construction is who you should use for a patio project! Reasonably priced, detailed list of materials, labor and total cost up front. The owner is courteous and kind and clearly takes pride in his work. 100% recommend!
I was impressed with their overall cost, timeliness, communication, & quality of work. I would use them again. Thank you!
took his time and did fantastic job. Very happy with sideyard pavers and backyard work. communication was top notch and quality of work was great
Cesar did an excellent job redoing our 600sqft yard to be about half paver patio with a paver walkway, and half gravel. He was able to pivot and add onto the project when we brought things up that we wanted to change, which I really appreciated. He's also extremely nice and easy to work with. The value of work he did for the price is also top notch, would highly recommend!
I wanted an estimate to replace my synthetic turf. Cesar is extremely knowledgeable and put together a get comprehensive estimate.
We recently hired Kay Construction to restore and refinish our front and side decks, as well as repaint the chimney trim and siding. I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. Cesar went above and beyond. He carefully reset fasteners, performed a thorough sanding, and applied Varathane Dark Walnut stain that brought out the natural grain and richness of the wood. The finish is smooth, consistent, and makes both decks look fantastic. On the chimney side, he nailed the color match to our house siding and trim, a detail that shows how much pride he takes in doing things right. He was on time, respectful, and extremely detail-oriented. Cesar protected the surrounding areas, cleaned up completely, and communicated clearly throughout the job. He’s the kind of contractor you want to work with: honest, skilled, reliable, and friendly. If you're looking for quality craftsmanship without shortcuts, Kay Construction is the real deal. Highly recommended.
Kay construction does excellent work. After my initial consult, he gave me a very detailed breakdown of the items that’ll be needed for the project and the cost. He was punctual and very professional and went above and beyond. My yard looks so beautiful…it’s amazing the work he did. We love it. My kids and husband love it so much and am grateful.
Cesar placed sod on our sideyard and unclog our drainage pipes. He was very detailed with the quote which I greatly appreciate. He was very thorough. From his transparency and very accomodating to our requests, I can attest that he values good quality of work and his clients happy and satisfied. He did an amazing job! Unfortunately, the drainage pipes wasn't an easy fix but we appreciate him investigating the issue thoroughly. We had him check our drainage pipes due to a clog
Cesar was a pleasure to work with! We hired him to help us level and grade our backyard. He was the best of any quote that we received. Immediately upon working with him we expanded the scope of our project to include clearing space for and laying brick pavers. Cesar afforded us the flexibility to add to the project and was able to update our quote quickly. His work was a great value, and he was incredibly efficient and kept things neat and tidy. He started the whole project by cleaning our backyard and did a similar cleanup every day as he left. He managed a project that would have taken us weeks to DIY in days. We loved working with him so much that we hired him for another job in the front right after! We would strongly recommend Cesar.
Excellent Experience with Kay Construction – Highly Recommended! After reaching out to about 60 contractors and conducting over 10+ interviews, I ultimately chose Kay Construction for my side yard project, which involved installing pavers and turf. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The first thing that stood out to me was their punctuality. During the interview process, I met with Kay Construction about three times, and each time, they were right on time. This gave me confidence that once the project started, they would stay on schedule—and they did. The second reason I chose them was their detailed and transparent estimate. While most contractors provided only a lump-sum quote, Kay Construction broke everything down into itemized details. Their pricing was also very reasonable, which made my decision even easier. Throughout the project, they worked diligently and were highly receptive to my input. They made sure to incorporate all my preferences into the design, making the process smooth and stress-free. Most importantly, they completed the project on time, just as they had promised. If you're looking for a contractor that is reliable, detail-oriented, and professional, I highly recommend Kay Construction. Their commitment to quality and punctuality truly set them apart.
He did a great job pouring a section of my driveway- responsive and finished on time! A pleasure to work with.
I had a great experience with Cesar from Kay Construction. I needed someone to put in a French drain in my yard and Cesar completed the job in a day. His prices are competitive, and I was very pleased with how well the project turned out. I highly recommend Kay Construction and would definitely use them again.
Cesar provided a very competitive estimate and obviously understood the plan to completely renovate our front yard. He was punctual about arriving on the project each day. He was very easy to work with and gave good suggestions along the way.. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled landscape builder. As a side note, he is a very nice guy!
Did a great job finishing grade for a turf install. Also had them install the turf. Final product was exactly what I wanted.
It was great working with this company. I used them for some sprinkler repair that got uprooted by a large tree. He is very meticulous and thorough. His work quality is above oar. It's like he is working on his own home. Will use again.
