Showed up to my house to walk it and get the scope clarified. Took measurements and left. Asked for bid a couple of times and never received it. Poor communication which was disappointing because I only got two of the threes bids I wanted for price comparison.
Happy with their work and responsiveness. They make it easy to use their services.
KC Prime (while too busy at the time) referred me to an alternate worker (Jackson Elkin) who did a great job in removing snow from my driveway and sidewalk. I thank both of them for their cooperation at a time when I needed them both.
KC PRIME Landscape did a great job snow plowing our driveway and walkways! Highly recommend! Saving their number for future snows!
I used KC Prime Landscaping and worked with Carlos. I had to match some older landscaping edging and rock I had put in a few years ago, as well as put cap stones on a large retaining wall, install and extend 2 landscaping beds, put in a paver patio extension, and install 7 new trees. They did a great job walking through the project, following up with a quote in a timely manner and setting realistic expectations about the start date and how long it would take them to complete the project. The results were great and any feedback I had about the project was resolved within a day or 2. They went above and beyond on the project and the results were amazing. I would highly recommend these guys! They are hard workers, and a great value.
Two bushes were successfully trimmed by the team. They arrived promptly, completed the task efficiently, and ensured the area was tidy upon completion. I highly recommend their services and would gladly utilize them again in the future.
From first interaction to completion of job, KC Prime Landscape was terrific in every way. We highly recommend their service!
When I asked for an estimate, they were quick to respond and to visit to see the work I needed. The estimate was reasonable and I had my project complete within a few days of accepting their proposal. The crew that performed the work were friendly, professional and did a fabulous job. All around a great experience and will definitely use them again.
