They did great work on the grout repair in my kitchen!
Sarkin and his partner were great! Got the job done quick and communication was excellent along the way!
My bathroom sink was replaced and omg, what a difference! Got many quotes and KD Construction beat them all and the work was far beyond what I could hope. I will hire again in the future!
I needed a leaky drain with minimal access. He was able to come out same day to look at it, and then was able to fix it the same day. It ended up being an easier project. We all worked together to get the job done, him, his brother, my bf and I.
I would recommend KD Construction. They were responsive to my need to have an adjustment made to finish the job. Overall, we were pleased. They gave us a bid and stuck to it, even coming in earlier than planned....and it was right around Christmas!
Sarkan did an amazing job on this project! He was responsive and knew exactly how to fix my plumbing issue and make my bathroom look even better than before.
Responded and completed the work the same day. Replaced the sink faucet in laundry room, and reconfigured new dishwasher water intake line. Very efficient and personable. Reasonable pricing.
Very Punctual, Professional and Friendly.
Great workmanship! My garage, circa 1934, had an exit door that was non-conforming. Getting a standard exterior door in was tricky but Sarkan did a beautiful job. Thank you!
Sarkan did a great job on our kitchen tile backsplash.
This was done so quickly and professionally. I am so impressed. Very respectful to my home and my animals. I am very thankful. Continue the great work. I would definitely hire this business again.
Great job installing my storm door. Responded to my message right away and had an opening the next day. Was able to quickly adapt to a non-standard door size.
Extremely professional and high quality work. Pointed out other areas of the home that needed some work and offered his services or how we could DIY it ourselves. Highly recommend.
Needed recaulking tub/tile joint. Sarkan was terrific and I would hire him again without hesitation. He was efficient, professional, stuck to the estimate, and did an excellent job.
Had a flagpole replaced. Previous one had been bent in wind storm. Salihsarkan was very prompt in returning my call. He installed the new flagpole effortlessly. It looks great.
We had a leaky tub from upstairs. Sarkan responded fast, evaluated and finished the job quickly. He's very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing! Also, easy on the pockets. Highly recommend. Would hire him again for another project.
My experience with KD Construction and Remodel was so great. They responded quickly to my call and set up time right away. They were prompt and on time, told me exactly what was going on, gave me options on how to fix it so I could figure out if I could afford things and completed the repair. They cleaned up everything and the quality of the job was amazing. I will definitely use this company again!! In fact, they are replacing a kitchen sink next. Awesome!
We hired Sarkan to renovate our bathroom and he did a fantastic job. I would absolutely hire him again for future work. His work quality is great, and he’s extremely reliable and responsive. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and the work that he did. Highly recommended!
Responded right away and was able to come out the same day to fix our faucet. Reasonably priced and quality work.
