Poor experience with KD Sounds. Kellie was a kind lady and was very good with consulting with my husband and I before the wedding. As for day of, she did not play a single song from our playlist. We as well as our photographer had communicated with her during the reception to please exclusively music off our playlist, and then proceeded to play her own after being asked several times. She did not blend any of the music but instead ended every song abruptly, cut most of the songs halfway through for no reason, and as little as it may sound, had her phone ringer on during speeches…..

Kellie was great to work with. We had a great time at our wedding yesterday! Highly recommend! ♥️
Kellie was an incredible DJ. She kept everything organized, she read the room very well, and she had an upbeat attitude the whole time. She especially was very helpful during our wedding for releasing tables for food. She was very punctual and quick to respond if we needed something from her. Thanks for all your help, Kellie!
KD sounds went above and beyond for our reception. Good communication and focus on customer service. Kellie went out of her way to help me with the logistics of everything. Great music per our requests. The light show added fun to the dance floor!
I was very impressed with KD Sounds! They are professional in their communication which was extremely responsive. They were able to go through the lyrics to the songs requested with speed and efficiency and come up with a song list that was appreciated by the chaperones and the students at our school dance. The price was extremely reasonable and they showed up about an hour and a half prior to the event to set up. Tear down was completed by them speedily and they were professional the entire night. I was so impressed and pleased with their service, I recommended them to other staff for their upcoming events.
We recently hired KD Sounds for our Junior National Hereford Expo at the American Royal grounds in Kansas City. They did a fantastic job and were the perfect addition to our opening ceremonies and 4th of July State Tailgate Welcome celebration. We had good food, good fellowship and great music to highlight the evening. Lots of fun music on their play lists and our families enjoyed themselves as they went from state to state in the tailgate. We even had some dancing by the end of the night. Will definitely keep KD Sounds contact information on file for our next event in Kansas City.
I cannot say enough about Kellie and Dennis. Kellie responded to every message I sent promptly. They worked with us to provide a great time for our party. Thank you so much guys, we look forward to working with you in the future!
Kellie and Dennis did an absolutely amazing job! They had all the songs we wanted, a great selection of lights, a fantastic light show, and when requests were made they did an excellent job getting them played as soon as they were requested! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and we will definitely be giving them a call for any future events!
