Reviews
They were quick, very responsive, and did a great job!!!! Definitely recommend!
They did a great job cleaning my gutters. The technician was friendly and very courteous. I would definitely use their service again.
I contacted Keep it Klean on Monday and they were able to provide me with an appointment the next day. Leon arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time which was a plus. I asked multiple questions during the cleaning process and he was very informative. My area rugs look brand new! I will definitely use this cleaning company again in the future.
They cleaned only about 10% of what they were supposed to, charged me right away, and disappeared. They apologized for the unsatisfactory job and promised to come back the next day to fix it — but of course, they never reply back for confirmation. I asked and they said they would clean the kitchen in general, but they only cleaned the stove and the grill — and even the grill wasn’t cleaned properly. Im asking refund or dispute it
Worked fast, did a good job as well !!
Booked over 2 weeks ago to get cleaning done in my home, received a price, date and time for service. Then the day before I tried to reach out to ask a question, no response. Then the day of the cleaning I reached out twice without a response. Use someone who can actually talk to you.
Very professional! Showed up even before I was able to arrive and cleaned out my gutters. He was amazing and helpful. I will definitely use again!
They did a great job cleaning the house. They told me they would clean the carpet as part of the move out clean and didn’t even vacuum it. After 24 hours of getting the run around, they still haven’t cleaned the carpet and aren’t responding to my messages. They would have gotten 5 stars if they had cleaned the carpet like they said they would
Keep it Klean did a great job. I really appreciate that they were able to accommodate my unique circumstance last minute. The cleaners were very punctual. They arrived early and had a true attention to detail. I’m very happy with their service & highly recommend.
Leon is a solid pro who focuses on the project at hand, rather than try to find other ways to upsell services. He is happy to clarify any concerns over the course of the project (gutter flushing), as well as provide insight about maintenance and prevention. This is a good company that is very responsive to inquiries yet doesn’t hound you to sign up for anything ridiculous. I’ll be using them again. Give them a try.
Phenomenal first time with Keep It Clean! Fast response and was able to get me booked and services within 48 hours. My daughter’s room had pet urine that I couldn’t get rid of the smell. Leon came and got the carpet fresh and clean again. Smells better than when I moved in! I will definitely be a repeat customer.
