I gave pictures and video of my stairs and piano prior to the move. I even gave a detailed description of how many stairs they would have to go down and climb up. The person I gave this info to decided on only choosing 2 people that were needed for the move. I now have damage to the legs of my piano as well as damage all up and down my stairs that I will have to fix prior to my move. I am completely disappointed in their hiring team for choosing only two movers and thinking that would be sufficient.

The team came right at the beginning of the timeframe they committed to. My seller client actually had a lot more to move than originally thought and some items were very heavy. The guys did a quick and thorough move of everything! They even had to move a shuffleboard top out of the basement window because the stairs were not an option. They were terrific and I will recommend them to my next clients who need heavy furniture moved!!

The guys from Keep It Up were right on time, professional and efficient. They took good care of the fragile items and took off shoes in the house to save our rugs. My main concern was a very heavy marble table - this was no problem for the team and they professionally assembled it on site. Great work, very happy.

My experience with Keep It Up was extremely disappointing and frustrating. They sent only two movers to handle a full three-bedroom house, and both worked at an unreasonably slow pace, frequently expecting the homeowner to step in and help carry and load items. This was not what we paid for. During the move, several scratches and damages occurred, and when we raised these issues, their customer service was dismissive and completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, the glowing reviews online seem suspiciously fake and do not reflect the poor quality of service we received. Save yourself the stress and avoid this company at all costs.

Ross and Victor were friendly and professional! They were very punctual and easy to work with. They managed to get a large sectional out of the condo which seemed impossible at first, but they moved it out with care and great teamwork! I researched for a good moving company that would transfer a new large sectional to another location and dispose of the old sectional without spending a ridiculous amount of money esp for dumping a used couch. It’s not cheap nowadays to throw used furnitures in such a short amount of time. I’m glad I selected Keep it up professional moving services. They showed up the next day on time! | liked how Ross and Viktor were very respectful of the property and belongings and handled it with care. They deserve a big tip and positive feedback! This is the second time we have used Keep It Up moving, and continue to be pleased with their service. Anthony and Roman arrived on time, and were able to complete the job smoothly, effectively, and carefully. We were glad to hear that the team handles junk removal in addition to moving services, and they had no issues moving 6+ large pieces of furniture and construction debris from my mother’s home. The price was just as quoted. We will continue to use them for future moving needs.
