Reviews
My experience with Marlene was very satisfying. She did is detailed oriented, friendly, quick on the uptake. I will hire her again and highly recommend her.
Marlene is wonderful. I’ve recently moved into a home with vinyl flooring throughout which felt as though construction film was left behind. She did a marvelous job steam cleaning it. She is very accommodating and professional. I look forward to her next visit.
This lady is the best cleaner that I have ever found! She excels in every category.

I have had several different housekeepers but Marlene is by far the best housekeeper I’ve ever had. It’s like she has a PHD in housekeeping. If you need your house cleaned, Marlene is the woman for the job. I highly recommend her.
Very efficient and efficient. Very pleased. Am glad she is returning.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! UPDATE....When I spoke to her about why she did NOTHING in my daughter's room she told me she does not do kids rooms. She said kids like things the way they are. Why ask how many bedrooms if you are going to pick and choose the bedrooms you do? When I asked her why she did not clean my stovetop as part of the "standard" service, in a text, she advised me she does not do drip pans as they are disposable? I am not sure what home has metal drip pans on stoves that they throw away instead of clean. She did clean a fan in my bedroom but did not make or protect my bed as part of a "standard" cleaning so all of the dust from the fan was in my sheets and comforter. Very unprofessional and not clear as to what she considers a standard clean. If I am paying for a two-bedroom apartment to cleaned, I expected BOTH of the bedrooms to be cleaned, I hired her, it is not up to her to decide if she can clean the room or not based on how she thinks a child wants for their room. If I did not want her to clean room or space, I would have communicated that with her. If you feel like coming home, and re-cleaning your house, then go ahead and hire Marlene. I came home, and I wonder what she did. None of my furniture was dusted, desks were still a mess, my oven was still a mess, she didn’t do anything she said she did. Some stuff wasn’t even moved. I am now following up behind her, and when I questioned her in text messages, which I can share, she blamed this on me telling me I only asked for a standard clean. I’m not sure what her version of a standard clean is but it’s definitely very little.
