Excellent work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ He was hardworking, committed, and paid great attention to detail. He arrived on time, was very professional, and did an amazing job installing our lights. He also installed lights at my neighbor’s house, and we are both very happy with the results. Highly recommend his services!

About Kevin Lermer
Thanks for checking out my profile. I focus on quality work, reliability, communication, and fair pricing. I know homeowners have a lot of options when hiring someone, and I try to make the process straightforward and stress-free from start to finish. I take pride in doing clean, careful work and treating people’s homes with respect. I don’t rush jobs, cut corners, or disappear halfway through a project. If something unexpected comes up, I communicate clearly and handle it the right way. Most of my work comes from smaller to mid-sized home projects including: • Furniture assembly • TV mounting & wire concealment • Wall hangings / mirrors / shelving • Drywall repair & patching • Interior painting & touch-ups • Curtain rods & blinds • General home repairs • Basic plumbing & electrical fixture replacement • Outdoor playsets & misc projects I’m responsive, detail-oriented, and focused on doing the job correctly the first time. Feel free to reach out with details or photos of your project and I’ll let you know how I can help. Thanks and I look forward to working with you.

Kevin was a total professional and was very flexible with a complicated project that was delayed due to manufacturer errors. I’d highly recommend you work with him!
Great job
Very professional and honest, admits it when he doesn't know something, doesn't overcharge, very responsive.
Kevin was awesome! We had some scheduling changes on our end when another contractor was delayed and Kevin was very understanding and easy to reschedule with. We ended up needing some modifications made to the play structure to make it work in our space, and Kevin very thoughtfully problem solved to make the structure functional and safe in the space we had. Would definitely recommend him for any job!
Yikes… I absolutely never write reviews but, Time line, Price, Quality of job - agreed on beforehand and delivered on none of them. Absolutely zero class-Came late, took two hour breaks during work day, left early, left trash and wood in the communal side yard at my house, demanding pay for incomplete work and telling me that this was quality work..well you look at it and tell me if you want that in your house. After everything i paid him to go away and be done with it, with about half of the job still left unfinished. My advise is find someone else.
Kevin did a great quick job hanging my tv in my place would definitely recommend and book again for further work
Kevin finished my drywall repair project and did a stellar job! I am quite happy with the results and that I did not need to hang over his shoulder. Not at all. I just showed Kevin the room, pointed to the area, and he did the rest. Now that the drywall is repaired around the medicine cabinet in the primary suite bathroom, I can have the primer and paint done. It was great. Kevin is a point and shoot professional. Just show him where, and he does the rest. I included some pictures. I highly recommend Kevin and would definitely hire him again.
Kevin did a great job installing our new awning. He took the time to make extra adjustments so it was at the perfect placement. He also cared enough to thoroughly break down all boxes etc. Would definitely hire him again for future projects.
Hired Kevin to install a screen door and it is amazing. Lovely guy, professional, kind. Would hire him again!
