David was very professional. He removed the old cylinder and installed the new lock rather quickly. He also made sure that I tested the new lock to ensure customer satisfaction.

Five is the maximum amount of stars you can give but he deserves 10. Fast, reasonable, explains pros and cons thoroughly.
David was professional and so polite. Settling up the time was so easy, he came out the very next day and installed two locks in half an hour. A job well done.
KewLocksmith was great to work with! He was responsive and did excellent work. Thank you for fixing our locks!
This was my first time trying a locksmith from this app. I am overly PLEASED with how pleasant David was. Very professional and took less than 45 mins to complete 2 deadbolts. I am glad we were able to work together. The deadbolts over the doorknobs were nicely done. Thanks David, I will be referring you..
I needed my front door key code pad changed, and the work was completed quickly and thoroughly. The technician stayed to make sure everything was working and that I was able to program my code. He was very nice!
David is an absolute professional! Super nice! Very knowledgeable regarding installation and fitting. He installed my “Smart lock” by replacing the old one and refitted to my door. I told him I’m getting a Smart Door knob and will be calling him again!!
This was my first time using the Thumbtack app, and David made the entire experience seamless. He was incredibly helpful, not only with the locksmith service but also in guiding me on how the app works. His communication was excellent—he was punctual and kept me updated on his arrival time and was very professional throughout. David completed the job in about 12 minutes, efficiently changing my locks without any issues. He is very respectful, knowledgeable, and clearly skilled in his craft as a locksmith. I would absolutely give him a 5-star rating and highly recommend his services to anyone in need!
They only allow you to pick 3 out of the five responses but I want to include punctuality and responsiveness! David was very respectful of my property and explained everything he did! If something wasn’t quite right, he made sure to fix it to perfection. I would recommend him to anyone needing locksmith services, I can now sleep well tonight knowing that my doors are extra secure!!!! Thank you again David, for your superior service. Here’s some before and after pictures
David did an outstanding job today installing a new Eufy SmartLock on our metal apartment front door. The job required removing and repairing old locks, and drilling into the heavy metal door and frame. David neatly and expertly completed the work and ensured a good cosmetic result as well. He helped to set up the Eufy app and made sure the new door lock worked properly with palm scanning recognition. He was a pleasure to work with and responds to communications promptly. I would HIGHLY recommend David for any locksmith needs. His professionalism and quality of work is exemplary!
Installed a new deadbolt into apartment door. This was a brand new installation so included drilling into the door and frame. David kept in constant contact, arrived on time and completed the work in under 30 min. Did a fantastic job. Thank you!!
