I returned from a three-day vacation last summer and discovered almost all of the pond fish had died. I was emotional and frantic. I called my usual pond guy and a few others that were recommended by Thumbtack. Eric Belsinger returned my call first and upon hearing my situation agreed to come out the next day. Eric was compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. He explained ways of improving my pondscape and how to maintain better water quality for the remaining goldies. He cleaned the pond, rescued four of my goldies and even had me smiling through my tears by the time he finished. From now on, Keystone will be my go-to company for pond maintenance and design. He was patient and answered my questions; he also showed me photos of his projects and gave suggestions. He showed up on time and communicated through text messages and by phone. If you have a pond or are thinking of installing a water feature, Keystone is the way to go.

Eric did a wonderful job cleaning out our waterfall. He’s responsive and knowledgeable in his field. Highly recommend Keystone Reef.
Eric was very professional and did a wonderful job of cleaning my pond for the spring. He answered all my questions and when he was done my pond was crystal clear and my koi fish was happily swimming around in his home. I very much recommend him for any pond work you may need.
Was a great help cleaning my tank and extremely knowledgeable. Tested water parameters and did other maintenance with great care.
Eric was very professional and knowledgeable to my aquarium need. I would highly recommend.
I came into contact with Eric via thumbtack. As with all projects, I searched for and compared numerous outdoor pond professional estimates, inclusions in the service cleaning, and professionalism speaking on the phone. From the gecko, Eric took the time to speak with me over the phone about the project, equipment, etc. explaining his expertise and what he can do for us which no one else really cared to do. Eric knows his stuff; he doesn’t cut corners nor does he try to take advantage. I learned so much about how a pond should be built and function on its own while he was there. I learned more today about our pond than I have in the past 12 years having it. I look forward to working with Eric and having him help rebuild our current pond in the near future! He is worth every penny, and anyone would be lucky to work with him!
I dealt with Eric. Total pro. Punctual, returned calls. Explained everything thoroughly. Will definitely use again
A very nice guy who really knows his stuff when it comes to water features. Went above and beyond to spring clean my pond. I’ll be using his services for years to come.
I spoke with Eric in regards to the maintenance of my koi pond, I being a novice ; wasn’t sure about which way to go. After speaking with Eric ; my anxiety subsided. I am hiring him to do my yearly pond maintenance. and expect great results. I feel confident after speaking with Eric
Very punctual on arriving . Very good workmanship and knowledgeable about everything. Answered all of my questions and even provided additional information to help with all my future needs.
This was the most amazing service we could have asked for to help with our salt water tank. Our fish were so sick and the whole tank was suffering and we had no idea how to make it right. We felt hopeless. Not only the financial part of what we invested but all these beautiful fish that were in our care! I made one call to Keystone Reefscapes and they got back to us promptly and assured us help was on the way. Eric was so knowledgeable and professional. We are so grateful for all they did for us. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!
