When my certified inspector came to the house he knew what he was talking about and confirmed my thoughts of what was going on with the property.

The representative was awesome at accessing the job. Got a quote and I’m waiting for a start to finish date.

Keystone was great! From the free inspection and estimate until the job was complete. They installed a sump pump and drainage in our wet basement. They were very professional and hard working. The quality of work is superb. I will 100% be referring this company to anyone and everyone!

Brian was great! He inspected the basement and found the problem. He explained what needed to be done, how they were going to do it and he made it so easy to understand. The guy knows his stuff and was very professional. I feel comfortable letting Keystone do the work. Brian was very personable and he loves animals, which made it even more of a pleasure to talk to him.

I felt the guy who came to give an estimate was a little pushy but overall we are happy with the work. Be advised though is you have a current interior French drain system that is being replaced they do not haul any of that away...took the concrete but nothing else 🤔

Due to scheduling confusion, the crew failed to arrive on time. After several phone calls they arrived 4 hours late. Once here though, they were efficient and professional. They had to reroute the discharge pipe due to the grade of the yard. This added both additional time and material to the job but at no additional cost. The result is a good looking job. I would recommend Keystone.

Wow, I can't believe how quickly and professionally this company was prior to meeting me. I am having them out to see my issue and so far I am very impressed.

I was very impressed by their quick response time. I called at least 7 other waterproofing companies for an estimate and never heard back from any of them until after Keystone preformed the work. From beginning to end everyone from Keystone was professional and respectful of my home. These guys are definitely "Johnny on the Spot" and I would highly recommend!!

Fast and done well

all the employees of Keysone were professional, prompt, most understanding of my problem. Their job was exceptional, worked quickly and left everything cleaner than my basement was before the flooding. Highly recommend

I got a french drain, a sump pump, a post replaced, and a membrane. I had Mike as an Inspector who did an impeccable job. I had a lot of estimates and he was the only one to give me a thorough inspection, pinpointing the actual issue. There was a clear difference between Keystone methods and the others. The work was done quick and neatly. Wonderful crew, true professionals. I will be hiring them in the spring to fix my structural issues with my add-on kitchen.
