Reviews
KG plumbing are looking to take advantage of you. I was charged $240 for the tech to snake the drain. he was there for approximately 15 minutes. I sent a message the next day letting him know that the tub still had a slow leak. Which then they proceeded to ghost me and not reply back or offer to make it better. Would not recommend at all.
KG Plumbing & Heat was extremely professional from start to finish. KG took the time to properly diagnose the plumbing issue in our guest bathroom and clearly walked us through the different options for fixing it, which we really appreciated. Once we decided on the approach, he worked through the issue efficiently and thoroughly. The experience was stress-free and gave us a lot of confidence in the work. I will absolutely hire KG again in the future and would highly recommend him to family and friends.
This individual is known for being both professional and respectful, which made his job highly satisfying.
I was impressed with the work and knowledge. He also noticed some other things that needed attention and was very fair with pricing. He cleaned up nice and very efficient. I would definitely recommend his services
I had thought that the clogged sink was from something falling down and getting stuck but it turned out a snake was needed to unclogged the mess. The job was completed quickly.
Christian was prompt, informative and affordable. He was also very kind and reassuring for the work I had done. Will definitely use his services again and highly recommend!!
Kristian was punctual, professional, charged a fair price, and talked us through every step of the problem and how we could solve it. When it became clear we needed a new faucet, he went and got us a great new model for a great price, and checked with us about the design to make sure it would look good, too. He figured out the issues and solved them very quickly. We went from being stressed about a problem to being happy about upgrading our home. The next time a plumbing issue comes up, we will definitely call Kristian.
Kristian is wonderful ! He knew exactly what the problem was and he knew exactly how to fix it. I’ve already recommended him to my neighbor.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience with Kristian! He replaced my garbage disposal and repaired three of my toilets quickly and perfectly. Not only was he professional and efficient, but he was also so lovely and pleasant to work with. Truly a wonderful person who made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
