Not typically one to leave negative reviews but…if you are looking to get a job actually done maybe think twice. I will say from the initial request they were prompt to respond and came over to my house I believe the next day. A plan was made and I was told he would order what was needed and get me on the books for as soon as next week possibly. Then radio silence. Three attempts on my end to find out anything. Zero response. Would be nice to get a message letting me know the job wasn’t worth it or you weren’t able to do it. Everyone’s time is important.

Mohammed Khan came to my home to set up my somewhat complex stereo and speaker system with many different and diverse components. After spending almost 3 hours unsuccessfully trying to connect various components and speakers and screwing up the soundbar connected to my smart TV, Mohammed left with a promise to return the next day to fix the problems he had caused and complete the job. That was more than a week ago. Since then he has completely failed to respond to any of my emails, text messages or voicemails. Fortunately, I was able to hire another company, Aura Smart Spaces, to fix the mess that Mr. Khan had created and left me with. They were able to straighten out all of the problems he caused and properly connect all of my components in about 2 hours and for a much more reasonable price. Because of his incompetence and his complete ghosting of me when I tried to get him to complete the job as promised, I would never hire or recommend Khan Design to anyone.
