Didn't show up on the scheduled time and not responding to messages.
We had a fantastic experience with Chip Kidwell. He was incredibly responsive, extremely knowledgeable and very punctual. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Definitely a 10/10. He was so easy to work with and he took care of my raccoon problem immediately and didn’t stop until we had every last one. If you need pest control, Chip is your guy!!

I can’t thank Chip enough for his professionalism, knowledge of situation, clear explanation of process, photos of damage and most importantly his willing to help on a SUNDAY!! We were out of town just starting a week long vacation. My husband was already looking for ways to travel back home because we were sure we wouldn’t find anyone to help eliminate the wasps that got into our house but Chip put us at ease and said he would deal with them and not to worry. Plagued by ants no more!! Since we moved into our home in 2019, every spring I can count on tiny ants invading our home causing extreme anxiety. Well, after our most recent treatment, the ants are gone! Kidwell Pest Management was extremely thorough and trustworthy. Will be using year after year!

I had a squirrel in my attic and Chip was clear on the process of getting him out, easy to reach, and flexible and creative when plan A didn't quite work out! Chip was at my house everyday for almost a week getting the city's dumbest squirrel out of my attic and ensured no more would come back and beat competitor's pricing by a mile. I would easily choose him again (but hope I don't need to - sorry Chip!)
Chip checked the outside and inside to explore possible areas of entrance. Even though he could not find out how the mice were entering, he provided possible ideas to combat the issue.
I had a skunk issue and had never had to deal with animal removal before. I message Kidwell pest management for a quote at night and got a response right away. They came out and explained everything to me about the process and we’re very professional and friendly. Three skunks removed and actually signing up for bug spraying with the company as well. Would highly recommend Kidwell pest management for any pest issues you have.
The owner Chip was the first to respond and offered days and times to look at the wasp issue we had. We settled on a date and time and Chip was on time. He found a nest, removed it, and applied a chemical treatment to kill the residual wasps. Chip had to access the attic to get to the nest. He explained the type of wasp and took photos of the nest and it’s location. The cost for service was reasonable and worth it! Thanks Chip!
