⭐ 1-Star Review — Very Disappointing Moving Experience I would not recommend this moving company based on my experience. I was quoted $185 per hour, and I provided the company with detailed information about the amount of furniture and belongings I had. I was never told that my move was limited to only two movers. When the movers arrived, there were only two people. Because of the amount and weight of my furniture, they determined that a third mover was needed and told me I would have to pay an additional $25 per hour. I agreed because I needed my belongings moved, but I also had to wait for the additional mover, which delayed the move. The move itself was extremely frustrating. My dryer could not be moved into the laundry room and was ultimately left sitting in my living room. They removed my laundry-room door to try to make room, and when they reinstalled it, they used screws that went through the wall. I did not discover the wall damage until after they had left. They also broke the brackets that attach my mirror to my dresser. I contacted the company about both the wall damage and the broken brackets. They said they would come back and repair the wall, but the appointment was delayed, and I was ultimately left without the promised repair or proper follow-up. I paid approximately $790 for this move, which is a significant amount of money, and I expected professional service and care with my belongings. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I also requested an invoice/receipt for the move and never received one. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the communication, handling of my furniture, damage to my property, and lack of follow-through after the move. I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them to others. If you are considering hiring them, I strongly recommend getting the number of movers, total estimated cost, what is included in the service, and damage/reimbursement policies in writing before your move.
Bring moving equipment with you. Move faster and don't charge for extra time, don't round up time of work. If you worked half an hour, don't charge for the whole hour
They were very professional, on time. They worked with us to make sure all of our items were unloaded in a timely manner, even with how hot it was outside! We will be recommending this company to others in the future.
They did not arrive on time, but we were not in a hurry that day and it didn't matter too much. They were phenomenally quick and very efficient. We moved many large items from a 2 story apartment 20 mins away to a 1st floor apartment and they disassembled and reassembled several of the items and it took a little over 2 hours. Thier rate is lower than a lot of rates out there but that does not equal low quality. They even provided the truck. Hands down I would hire them again.
Malik and partner were very efficient and friendly. I recommend them without hesitation and I would use their services again!

Malik was very courteous and communicative. Their moving team's truck broke down on the scheduled day of the move, but Malik diligently worked with me to reschedule. When the move occurred he and his other mover worked quickly and skillfully to move my furniture and complete the job without incident. They were both very friendly and hard working.
The two people they sent out were beyond amazing and helpful- willing to work with us to make our move go as smoothly as possible. Super friendly and professional throughout a difficult move.
