Great experience, no complaints. Communication was prompt, pleasant, professional, and job didn’t take long at all to complete. I had some acrylic paint stains and candle wax stuck in my carpet, which I didn’t expect to budge. Eric still got my carpets looking good as new! Wax came off and the reddish orange stains from my son’s room are basically completely gone. My pics don’t do it enough justice. Recommend and will return for service.
