King Quality Roofing did an amazing job for the roof replacement for my single family house in Seattle. Their crew were very professional and did a great assessment on site and gave me an accurate estimate for the work. They were flexible in adjusting the schedule to accommodate my request. They performed the old roof tear down and dumping and the new roof installation in one day and left the premises clean. They are knowledgeable about the area of repair and replacement work.including installation of the ridge vent and chimney, valley metal flashings

We had water dripping into our bathroom from the ceiling. King Quality Roofing was able to come take a look on the same day of our request, and gave us a clear, concise explanation of the work needed and cost. They were able to locate the source of the leak and fix the problem very efficiently, and did not try to sell us on any unnecessary work. We felt the were professional, responsive, and honest.

We had a leak in one of our vents on the roof and wanted to get it fixed before we had solar installed. King Quality Roofing came out immediately and fixed the leak and gave us an honest assessment that we had 13 other similar leaking vents on the roof and we should put on a new roof before installing solar to avoid huge costs down the road. Turns out several of the plywood planks on the roof already had water damage beyond repair. King Quality Roofing were able to start the roof install within the week and get the full roof installed within two days. Their crew was fast and professional and did a great job. We love our new roof!

Elis isn’t just the king of quality but also value. He responded extremely quick to my call for help and fit me into his schedule the same week. I completed my job on time and everything looks perfect. I see why he has so many five star reviews. Truly a great experience.

Ellis and his crew were great. Replaced my whole roof in two days, work looked absolutely great. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves as well, going over the area multiple times to ensure there were no left over materials or nails to make sure it was safe for my dog.

So glad I reached out to King Quality Roofing—after sending out my request for roof replacement, Ellis gave me a call and came to look at my roof a couple days later. He sent me a quote for replacing the torchdown with TPO, which was very reasonable compared to quotes I got for just a repair to the roof leak. After accepting the quote they came a week later and replaced the room within about 6 hours. Throughout the process Ellis sent me photos and a drone video which was cool to see. Would highly recommend and thank you, Ellis and team!

Got my whole roof replaced by King quality roofing recently and I enjoyed the whole process. They are very responsive and transparent in communication. They came and did an estimate and provided details on what their installation would look like. I feel like I’m aware of the situation at all times. They are fair to negotiate with and they are very tidy. When they wrapped up the process, everything was cleaned up like it has never happened. I would recommend them for the job, I’ve in particular enjoyed their communication.
