Kingdom Carriers helped us with moving an item from one location to another. For close to what it would be to rent a truck, they provided the truck and the guys at an affordable price. Jacob was super responsive and communicated well. I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.
Jacob and his team were fantastic! I reached out for help picking up and delivering a large, very heavy piece of furniture, and they were able to get it taken care of the same day. They were responsive, professional, careful with the furniture and just genuinely nice guys. I also asked them at the last minute if they could help me move an extremely heavy split king bed so I could reposition a rug, and they were more than happy to help. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!
Kingdom Carriers failed to keep an appointment time booked over two weeks ago. They messaged me at 9:30 p.m. the night before the appointment asking to "push" the time later. I declined in that I had other appointments scheduled after their service visit. Kingdom revised the arrival time to later in the morning, and then still failed to show....offering the lame excuse that "my guy slept in." I do not recommend this service. And after this experience, I doubt I will trust Thumbtack with any future service requests. I've now made arrangements elsewhere.

I hired Kingdom Carriers to help pack after realizing I wasnt going to be able to finish myself before the movers came. I was in a panic and they assured me they would be able to help all weekend if needed. The appt time came and they didnt show up. Their account was inactive. I text the number I was given and no response. I looked up the company and number, left a message and still no response. they completely ghosted me and left me in a huge lurch trying to get everything done. luckily I found other help that was wonderful.

Absolute life savers in extreme heat! āI cannot say enough good things about this crew! Moving is already stressful, but doing it in intense heat and high temperatures sounded like a nightmare. Jacob and his crew showed up on time, brought incredible energy, and worked with absolute efficiency from start to finish. Will use again when needed and recommend them!!

Disappointing experience ā 2 hours late, extremely slow, and unfinished job I had a very frustrating experience with this service. The crew (3 college kids) showed up 2 hours past our originally agreed-upon time. Once they arrived, there was virtually no sense of urgency. They took frequent breaks and spent a lot of time just standing around. To put their pace into perspective: I personally loaded and moved more in a single 30-minute stretch than all three of them managed to accomplish combined over 2 hours. Because of how painfully slow they were, time completely ran out, and they had to stop mid-job to return the U-Haul. Moving is exhausting, but having to do the heavy lifting yourself for a crew you hired is unacceptable. I definitely would not recommend them if you're looking for an efficient or reliable team.
Great service
Experience started out great. They were flexible and responsive and willing to do a piano and 2 propane heaters (other carriers won't do heaters that have fuel in them). Arrived on time, the guys were friendly. As far as concerns go, it seemed unorganized and took a long time - you pay by the hour. We had items going to 2 different houses that were about 4 miles apart. They dropped a very expensive fire rated safe/cabinet and broke it and the key got jammed in, they also took the safe/cabinet to the wrong location after I had told all 4 of them it needed to go to a certain location (and I taped instructions of what location to drop it off at). There was no remorse, apology, and when I asked for it to be taken to the right place, was told I'd have to pay (even though it was there mistake). We have important items in that safe and now the safe is not able to get a new key so it's useless. We've had to hire a locksmith to get it opened. The manager got argumentative and combative when I asked for the file cabinet to be moved to the right location, (I didnt even ask for the locksmith reimbursement and a $2k cabinet is now ruined) so I blocked him. My mother in law indicated her piano now has 2 scuffs on it. Lastly, there has to be a way to keep the group moving and productive - for example, when I walked upstairs when they were taking the TV off the wall, 2 were working on the TV and 2 were laying on the carpet on their phones. When they saw me they jumped up on their feet. In the end, they ended up being more expensive than the other quotes due to what seemed to be (in my opinion) un-organization and inexperience.
