Extremely average work. Good communication, but I would not recommend. There was still a lot of dirt on the floor after they mopped, and they were many streak marks on the counters. The place did not feel clean.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Kingdom Cleaning based on my experience. I hired Kingdom Cleaning through Thumbtack and paid $250 for a move-out cleaning. Unfortunately, the job was done so poorly that I ultimately had to hire someone else to come back and redo the cleaning. There were also issues with communication and scheduling from the beginning. He contacted me twice before our agreed-upon date telling me that he was on his way, even though the appointment was scheduled for a different day. When I returned to the house the following weekend, I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the home. The photos he sent me made it appear that the cleaning had been completed properly, but what I actually found was very different. Some of the issues included: * Water spots and residue throughout the upstairs floors * Downstairs floors that still had stains and food crumbs and appeared not to have been properly mopped * A visible stain underneath the oven * Kitchen and bathroom grout that had not been cleaned * A photo was sent showing the inside of the oven, but the oven door had not been cleaned * Windows that had not been wiped down I had also specifically told him that he did not need to clean the baseboards because the house had just been completely repainted. I was trying to eliminate unnecessary work and allow the focus to be on the areas that actually needed cleaning. Despite that, there were still numerous basic cleaning tasks left unfinished. I sent him photos of the issues and explained my concerns directly, giving him an opportunity to address the situation before I left a review. Unfortunately, he completely ignored my message and never responded. Because the home needed to be properly cleaned, I had to hire someone else to come back and redo the work. For $250, I expected the cleaning to be completed thoroughly. Instead, I ended up paying twice for the same service. I understand that no cleaning is going to be absolutely perfect, but these were not minor issues or things that required an unreasonable level of detail. There were multiple basic areas of the home that were visibly not cleaned, and the lack of response when I brought the issues to his attention made the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not hire Kingdom Cleaning again.

Excellent experience. I was contacted immediately and they were at the location for service in no time. They did an excellent job on the gutters, communicated with me throughout the entire process and sent me videos of the work performed as this was on my mom's house and I wasn't there. I would highly recommend.
I had a great experience using kingdom cleaning! As soon as I put in my request, he called me within minutes. I was able to get a quote and book with him immediately. I needed a move out cleaning service but when he called me, he did let me know he offered other services so I ended up getting a better deal. Not only did he do the deep cleaning, he also cleaned the carpet as well. Highly recommend his services. They did an amazing job. He also showed up on time and called me an hour before.

I obtained several quotes but decided to go with Kingdom Cleaning Services after speaking with the owner. From our initial communication, the owner demonstrated exceptional customer service. My impression of him was that he was honesty, and had a passion for the work he does. Kingdom Cleaning services showed up on time and provided phenomenal service. The cleaning restored my carpet to look vibrant - a carpet fit for a King! I will be a returning customer.
⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely Unprofessional and Incomplete Move-Out Clean I hired Kingdom Cleaning, owned by Ed Williams, for a move-out clean at my home in Katy, TX, and it was an awful experience from start to finish. On the first visit, they failed to complete basic tasks that are standard for a move-out clean. Corners of rooms were not vacuumed, baseboards and windowsills were untouched, cabinets and drawers were not wiped out, the refrigerator was still dirty, carpets were visibly stained and looked like they had only been sprayed with water (not shampooed), and the floors appeared to be mopped with dirty water. I had explicitly texted beforehand to confirm baseboards and windowsills would be done, and I was reassured they were—this was not true. They were also an hour and a half late for the first appointment. After I raised these issues, they agreed to return and fix the problems. I was reassured they would arrive at 8:00 a.m. sharp—they didn’t show up until after 9:30 a.m. When I addressed the lateness, the response was dismissive and unprofessional: “Well, I’m here now to get the job done.” Unfortunately, even after the second visit, the home was still very dirty. Cabinets (inside and out) were not wiped down, the washing machine and dishwasher were not cleaned, doors and doorknobs were not wiped, sinks and bathroom cabinets were untouched, the bottom of one of the toilets upstairs was not cleaned, and they even left trash on my front porch. This was an empty house, so nothing was hidden or difficult to access. For a move-out clean—where details matter—this level of work is unacceptable. It honestly felt like a complete ripoff. I would not recommend Kingdom Cleaning to anyone, especially for a move-out clean. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

They took a double Zelle payment, knowing I struggled with it as they stood there waiting, and didn’t say a word. Not honest or moral.

Ed and his assistant did an excellent job! My gutters were clogged and creating a mess. Gutters are now pristine. They showed me video of my gutters now. I am relieved and feel more confident that my house is better prepared for rain.
Maybe my understanding of a move out cleaning is not the same as this company. Now we have to how a professional company to get the job done. Don't waste your money like we did. Basically $300 down the drain.
I told this man that I wanted a woman cleaner and he told me that he guaranteed that I would be happy, needless to say, After closer inspection after, he and his son did not do a good job at all. The stove and oven not clean at all. The eyes on the stove were dirty, the grates, the oven racks, the complete oven was Grimy and dirt was still on the kitchen floor, the upstairs floor in my bedroom, he half cleaned, by making an excuse of "he cleaned it with a flat mop." He did not try to get the crevices in this floor clean at all, so 4 hours later with a microfiber cloth, brush, disinfectant and liquid soap, I got it cleaned, as he should have! I did it on my hands and knees, as I didn't have a mop! It was grimy and dirty in the kitchen by the refrigerator and stove. Toilet had nasty stain in it. The frontroom floor was clean. Also he didn't dust all of the blinds! I didn't want them washed, just dusted and he didn't even do that! If you hire this company be prepared to look very closely at their finished product. The owner offered to come back on January 2nd, but I had to turn the keys to the apartment in on the 2nd of January. I told him that he owed me some money for my 4 hours of labor. His response, "Crickets!" I could have kept the 180.00 in my pocket! I WILL NEVER USE THUMBTACK EVER AGAIN!
