Shane and Guage were friendly, patient, and professional. Had a minor fix that needed fixing and they were quick with it. Quality work too, good duo; would recommend them to anybody who needs plumbing issues handled.
I found an issue at my kitchen sink, within an hour and a half the issue was fixed. The responsiveness and quality of work were top notch.
At first glance the work appeared to have been done well. I immediately had issues with the shower head running at the same time and the tub spout was running. They came back and blamed it on the diverter and me purchasing a "cheap"shower kit. A month later I noticed the shower handle and plate were loose. I got a second opinion and turns out it wasn't the diverter or the cheap kit it was the shoddy workmanship. Nothing was secured to any type of brace was just hanging in the wall. They used so many couplings and created this weird angle that was forcing up the water pressure to the shower head.
Efficient, professional, and affordable.
Great experience , and very prompt and fair. Absolutely would use them again! A+ experience
did a excellent job. highly recommend them.
Highly recommend. They responded within 10 minutes of my request - and my new plumbing and gas line installation was completed with 48 hours. Good people and great work!
Took care of my hose spigot quickly! Replaced everything and now I have water flowing perfectly.
My technicians Shane and Chris were great! They were knowledgeable and very good at explaining the problem and solution. Definitely hiring them again.
Great job from Chris and Shane to get my kitchen sink working again. They showed up at the appointed time and were very efficient. Thank you again!
This review is a week late, my apologies to Shane (life is SO busy when moving!) We had two issues- we needed a toilet replaced, and we also wanted to increase the water flow to our master bathroom shower head. Shane and Chris were on time, polite, professional, and pleasant to work with. Their price was fair, and they were respectful of our home and time. They handled both issues, and we would recommend them. THANK YOU!!!
You changed out my faucet outside attached to the house and did a great job, pricing was better that others I called and very professional and fast.
We are so pleased with the work from King’s Plumbing! They were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process—quick to message back, called with a time, and even let us know when they were on the way. We had a leaky garbage disposal that needed replacing, and Shane was great. He took the time to explain why it broke, how to properly maintain the new one, and even checked our outdoor water pressure just to be thorough. My husband and I both felt really taken care of, and it was clear Shane is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
My first time using this pro. Will definitely use them again.
Very poor experience, first they said fixed the toilet, took the money but toilet was still running, then they wouldn’t respond to me even though they read my message, when I told them to take them to court, she came and yelled at me ! Just pass!
They swapped out a kitchen faucet and cut off valves swiftly and were very professional. I would highly recommend them for plumbing problems and will use them again if needed.
I had King's Plumbing do several jobs. All jobs done well. I will call again for future plumbing needs.
King’s plumbing was very responsive and professional. They were also helpful with troubleshooting and showing me how to spot issues as well. Very knowledgeable.
Good pros to trust more times
