Joe did a great job removing two stumps from my hard. One of them was bigger than anticipated but he was able to remove it without much damage to my yard. I have called him back to do other landscaping jobs at my home and would highly recommend him.

Have to admit, I was a little skeptical using Thumbtack for the first time. Pleasantly surprised and happy to say that J. King Property Maintenance was excellent. Fast response to my original email when I reached out regarding weeds/shrubs growing between my fence and our backyard neighbors fence. They came, conquered climbing behind the fence, removed them all, quite quickly (way faster than my husband ever did, lol) Great price as well. Both guys, Joe (owner) and his employee(didnt catch his name:( worked hard and efficiently. Very friendly and easy to talk to, cleaned up and removed all shrub evidence. I think they did an excellent job. Will be using them in the future! Don't mind my dirty fence, it was neglected behind the weeds ( we tried to trim a little before the pros came)

J.King Property Maintenance was absolutely great. They came earlier then I expected, which was great. Jerek did an absolutely amazing job. He removed all the weeds & there were plenty on my left & right side of my patio. Planted a rose bush, hydranger bush & several other smaller plants. In addition he trimmed a very large bush that was out of control. What a difference that made. Then he put down the mulch. What a beautiful job. I would recommend J.King to everyone. As a matter of fact my next door neighbor commented that it looks great. I give J. King a 5 Star rating and would hire them again with out hesitation Jerek is a keeper, a real asset to your business. J King Property Maintenance completed my requested task quickly and efficiently! They were able to get the work done on a Sunday morning with only one day notice! Joe and his staff were amazing! Showed up on time, as promised, ready to complete the job I needed. And when weather became an issue, Joe kept that line of communication fully open with me and was extremely flexible and understanding. He and his staff were quick, upfront, and extremely professional. I highly recommend him and will absolutely be hiring again in the future. Joe did an amazing job on my elderly moms lawn! I contacted him from He did a great spring cleanup and handled a ton of pesky acorns! Got e lawn nice and short so maintenance will be easy and even cleaned it up enough to be able to consider planting grass! He was punctual, affordable and honest. Will totally be using his services again!
We had a very large clean up job for both our front and backyards that had been neglected for some time. We also had a very tight and immediate timeframe. To accommodate us, Joe came out in the early evening on a Sunday to walk through the job to give us an estimate. He started the job on Tuesday and finished by mid-day on Wednesday. Both yards look great! Joe was flexible to meet our needs, made suggestions, communicated with us throughout the process and did a great job. We definitely recommend J&J for landscape cleanup.
Joe & Josh came by and cleaned up some leaves in a very messy part of my yard, some mounds of grass clippings and bags full of grass left behind from our first mow, hauled off a large pile of unorganized firewood and branches, a table, and miscellaneous trash, and removed a large sand pool pit. They were extremely courteous and gentle, and were understanding when we were anxious (due to previous experiences with Craigslist contractors). We'll be calling them for everything yard related going forward. They're pricing was also reasonable, and their pricing was straight-forward. None of that changing prices on you bullshit.
