Very fast LVP install, excellent work, and lowest bid among 5 bids. Will definitely hire Kip again on my next project!
Max and his Dad did a great job replacing our floors. He listened to my concerns and fixed it. Will hire again in the future.
Maksim and his team were fantastic! They did such a wonderful job on our floors and it was a big project (2,000+ sq ft). From the start, Maksim was super responsive to my many questions and he continued to communicate well. The project took about 6 days and they were so thorough and detailed throughout. They worked super hard and I’m very impressed and happy with the work! Highly recommend him and his team!
Maskym did s great job. He is transparent and quick to respond. The work looks great, he focused on details and made sure everything was cleaned up. I feel like I got a great value and worked with the nicest person I got estimates from. I'll use him again. He also got me the flooring i picked out at the store for significantly less than the store price.
Max was fantastic to work with, really professional, friendly, started right on time, and completed the flooring exactly on schedule. The flooring looks great, the attention to detail was excellent, and he cleaned everything up perfectly afterward. Great value and quality. I’d definitely recommend Max and KIP Home Improvement!
We had a need for laminate flooring installed and we reviewed (8) technicians and after full review and checking for the CSLB credentials we chose for KIP HOME IMPROVEMENT. He was very thorough and did an amazing job of ensuring the lines were smooth and no buckling of the flooring. We also had stairway with landing. Their team was very responsive and on time. The stairs took the longest part to complete but they didn’t leave until the job was complete the 2nd day. Overall a great job done and will definitely use again once we decide to do the bedrooms. We replaced family room, living room, (16) stairs, landing on stairs and upstairs hallway.
If you're looking for a contractor who truly takes pride in his work, look no further than Kip Home Improvement. Maksim and his team exceeded every expectation from start to finish. Maksim was always on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire project, and kept the work area incredibly clean every single day. One thing I especially appreciated was how thoroughly he explained the materials needed and why, which made the entire process stress-free and transparent. His attention to detail is second to none. Every cut, transition, and finishing touch was completed with precision, and the final result is absolutely stunning. What really sets Maksim apart is that he consistently goes above and beyond what's expected to ensure everything is perfect. It's rare to find someone who combines professionalism, craftsmanship, honesty, and outstanding customer service the way Maksim does. I couldn't be happier with our new floors and would recommend Kip Home Improvement to anyone without hesitation. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
We recently had LVP flooring installed by KIP Home Improvements, and we are extremely happy with the results. From the beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Max gave us an estimated timeline of 5–6 days, but with incredible dedication, he completed the project in just 3 days. What impressed us most was that the quicker turnaround did not affect the quality in any way. The workmanship was excellent, and the finished flooring looked even better than we had imagined. On top of that, their pricing was the most reasonable out of the 15 quotes we got before making our decision. Max truly went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. If you are considering replacing or upgrading your flooring, I would absolutely recommend Max and KIP Home Improvements.
Kip and his team did an incredible job on our LVP installation. They removed carpet and vinyl, reinstalled baseboards, moved furniture, and handled cleanup — and got the entire downstairs done in just one day. The floors look amazing and completely transformed our home. Everything feels solid, level, and professionally installed. Communication was easy, pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. As a new homeowner, I was nervous about such a big project, but they made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!!!
