I recently decided I needed to fix a couple of cracks in my window trim on the second level of the home. I solicited 4 quotes. Let me tell you, I was shocked at the first guy. The second, well, he wanted to do what he wanted and not listen to me. After speaking with Benny, I decide he was the one. Although, he indicated some of the same possible defects; He was the first one to give me what sounded like a fair price. I needed cracks in the stucco frame but he also evaluated the rest of the house. Benny provided excellent work at a reasonable price!
