LONG REVIEW WARNING!!!!! First, I want to start off by saying this man profile picture is a fake “please be careful”. He is a younger white guy, who has no ideal about plumbing. Fake profile, I have reported it to Thumbtack. Today, he showed up late a whole hour. Then took $120 from me for supplies and brought 2 knobs for $21.00 and no additional supplies and did not tell me. He then told me he could not fix the problem or complete the job because he had another job in Madison then switched it West Allis (lier). He left my tub with a leak it did not have when he did arrive. My new tub that was glazed last week he caused damaged. This man did not even have any tools. I was the fool for dealing woth him.
Dick is the plumber you need for all leaks, repairs and upgrades! I had two projects and he addressed them both, testing each for leaks before he left! He replaced my spigot as it could not be repaired. He also upgraded my jacuzzi tub by installing heating element to already existing system. Outstanding work and professionalism! I’m definitely keeping his information for future reference! Highly recommended!
So relieved to now have a handyman I can trust! I’ll definitely be calling on him next time I need help around the house. He came over to fix a clogged toilet and sink, and was totally willing to stay to also fix 3 doors and hang a light fixture (which required a run to Home Depot). So grateful for his help! Super kind, efficient, hard working, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and totally fair with his pricing.

He was kind and communicative which is always appreciated, especially when you are having work done in your home. I definitely plan on contracting future plumbing and handyman needs with Dick in the near future. He is great!
Dick did a great job on my tile backsplash in kitchen. He prepared the walls perfectly and the subway tile looks superb!!! He is reliable and his work is top notch!!
