I never was in a pool my entire life. Katrina makes it easier, doable and achievable. At my age, limbs don't move or flex like in a little kid. But she got me a good start, good technique and encouragement. Katrina is very good at what she does and is a good teacher.
She’s an amazing coach and such a pleasure to work with. I really enjoyed every session with her and I’m so grateful that she gets straight to the point and corrects mistakes right away instead of wasting time. After just two sessions, I’m already swimming much more comfortably and my breathing has improved a lot, which was my biggest challenge. Thank you, K! 🙏
Katrina is amazing. I’ve been working with her for a few weeks now to reduce tightness in my body. She knows her stuff and for me this is working better than physical therapy. She can stretch me deeper than I can do on my own. I love that she is available for home visits I am looking forward to continuing working Katrina
Katrina has been wonderful!!! My daughter truly enjoys her sessions with Katrina.
Katrina does amazing job with both of my kids- 3rd grader and Kindergartener! She is very knowledgeable in her subject, knows how to engage my kids and makes it very fun!! She is easy to communicate with, always punctual and flexible for rescheduling sessions if needed. My kids always look forward to having a lesson with Katrina! We are very grateful we found her!
Thank you
Katrina has been a wonderful Yoga instructor to work with. She brings in all her experiences and learnings to provide that value added service as an overall fitness instructor and not just restrict to yoga. Thank you, Katrina! You are doing such a fab job! Keep up the good work
She helped me a lot with getting ready for my GED Math exam. Very patient and explained everything thoroughly.
