The team is friendly and efficient. They are able to help us move packed stuff for sure and they are able to wrap up anything loose for us too. So we can move most stuff over at once. This is my second experience with them, it’s a good team!!!

Absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and accommodating. Even though I rescheduled, they made sure to work around my request without any hassle. Our move was so smooth because of them—they went above and beyond by carefully wrapping our important furniture. Marcus was wonderful about communicating with me and was super responsive. We had to reschedule once because of weather and he made time to make it work. Joel R and Tay are so kind and professional and helpful. Even though the company was down a truck due to mechanical issues,, they were super communicative about when they were going to arrive. I got a phone call and a text message when they were on their way. They even tightened the feet on the piece of furniture for me. I would 100% work with them again. Absolutely worth the money.
I am writing this review after speaking with the owner, Marcus with no resolution. Upon arrival, mover, Vince, smelled like liquor. The mover, Joel was great during the entire ordeal. They didn’t have much to disassemble because I took apart the bed and one of the dressers for them which they disregarded for me. What was left was only one dresser for them to disassemble. My daughter, my sister and myself packed the boxes ourselves and they were also there to witness Joel doing most of the work. Vince kept walking inside the master’s bedroom and coming out empty handed which made more work for Joel. Upon arrival to the new apartment, they did not reassemble my dresser nor my daughter’s bed and they also were bringing in boxes one at a time, a few times, until I went out to the truck to watch what they were doing. The load off the truck took over 2hrs and should not have taken that long. I was one flight up the stairs moving to a first floor level apartment near the rear entrance within a 2.8 mile radius. The truck broke down during my move. The below pictures are all they moved for me and also showing what they left behind. The entire job took 6.15hrs. from 3:45pm to 10:00pm. I was quoted $755 for a calculation of $610 plus $125 truck fee for a truck that broke down. That sums up to $735. The first 8 pictures are what they loaded off of the truck which took more than 2 hours and it also shows how close I am to the rear entrance on the first level. Pictures 9-16 shows the messages between myself and Marcus and the truck breaking down. I am disappointed in the service and the outcome which was none. After 15 hours of waiting for a $100 refund which was promised, but never received I am writing this review. Maybe others had a great experience with this company but mine was not and I have used Thumbtack multiple times. I see how nicely they wrapped up other customers items but some of my items weren’t wrapped. Vince also took my dolly. I used to work for a professional moving company along with my sister and my son for two years. I don’t know if the workers felt too comfortable but I am disappointed. This was a last minute move and I was hoping to have the same experience as the positive reviewers did, but I didn’t. I will say thank you for the same day availability.

Marcus is super-responsive and a great communicator. The two gentlemen that showed up to move everything (Joel and Vince) were amazing. They were friendly, professional, and tackled a very difficult job without complaint. They moved a huge and very heavy king size headboard up a tight staircase without so much as a scratch. They also assembled the bed for me even though I had not asked for that, and took all of the old furniture and mattress to the dump for disposal. I highly recommend these guys.

Bought several heavy pieces of furniture & hired KJB to pick up at the seller's home & deliver to my apartment. Easy to book. Straightforward pricing. They (Joel, Taquan & Vince) moved quickly & carefully. My 300 lb glass/mirror buffet & hutch arrived in perfect condition. I would use them again & highly recommend them.
The gentleman who came to move our 200 year-old square grand piano were incredibly careful with our heirloom. The legs had not been removed from the piano for 25 years and we couldn’t remember how they came off. They were equipped with tools and the know how to remove these grand carved legs and put them back on with care. Our piano was moved in perfect condition and put back together at its new home with love and care. The four men could not have been kinder or more considerate or professional. This is the only place I ever call to have anything moved. You can’t go wrong with such great people
Joel Robinson Dajontae Hayden Adarius Was a very excellent team , despite the amount of moving and rain and had to essentially separate my move into two sets of storage !! Highly recommend as respectful, consistent, and hard working . They keep working in excellence! Thankful for management as they are going the extra mile as well!!
I recently hired KJB Logistics, LLC to move my late mother’s belongings from her 22nd floor apartment at Harbor Towers in Portsmouth to my home, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The movers, Joel Robinson and Chino, were absolutely incredible. Despite the apartment complex being extremely rude and difficult to work with, Joel and Chino remained calm, respectful, and professional far beyond what most people could handle. Their patience and ability to rise above the unnecessary obstacles was remarkable. They moved everything out quickly, carefully, and without a single incident. Not one item was damaged. They treated my mother’s belongings with the kind of care and respect that truly meant a lot during such an emotional time. On top of that, they were efficient and fast, making what could have been a stressful day so much easier. If I could rate these guys higher, I would. Had a large reclining sofa set, a full size bed, heavy cedar chest, and table moved within a somewhat tight space. They were so polite and caring with my belongings, taking care to wrap items to protect them. They were fast, efficient, while still being super careful. The movers were friendly and genuinely seemed happy to do what they do. Best of all, amazingly affordable! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be calling them again for my moving needs!
We recently completed a full home move and experienced some damage to our furniture and home in the process. That said, the crew was polite and hardworking throughout the day. While there were issues with how certain items were handled, we appreciated their respectful attitude and consistent effort. Marcus, the owner, stepped in and made it right when notified about the damage, which we truly appreciated.
Couldn’t have had a better experience! I needed someone to move me from my late parents home which I’d been in for 45 years. They were very kind and did an excellent job! I even received a fantastic decorating idea from Manny! 🤗. The owner, Marcus, kept the price in my range and called me immediately when I reached out for a mover.
