Klay was beyond excellent, he went above and beyond with cleaning my kitchen etc, even while having a fractured foot. I’m disabled and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about cleaning and organizing. I will definitely be getting him back and maybe once a month. I Highly recommend him!!!!

READ THIS BEFORE HIRING KLAY’S SERVICES / PREMIUM RELOCATION EXPERTS LLC I strongly recommend documenting everything before hiring this mover. I hired Klay’s Services for a move I expected to take approximately 3–4 hours. Instead, it exceeded 10 hours, cost approximately $1,050, remained unfinished, and resulted in more than $1,000 in documented damages and losses. I then paid an additional $130 the following day to have three remaining items delivered to one location. Damaged or missing property included my $800 RC Willey dresser, which sustained deep, irremovable scuffs; my Keurig, returned with damaged and/or missing pieces; my Peloton bike and holder/accessory components; a television damaged beyond practical use; missing Roku Streaming Stick components; a $75 heavy-duty laundry/moving cart; a broken Hearth & Hand with Magnolia shower caddy; and other household property. The rental property also sustained floor and wall damage. I have photographs showing the damage, along with a videotaped walkthrough with my landlord that same morning documenting the property’s condition before the move. I therefore have before-and-after evidence. The work was incomplete and poorly organized. My son’s bed was disassembled but never reassembled. Klay also brought two shorty junior wardrobe boxes after confirming I needed three full-size wardrobe boxes, and they lacked the hanging bars normally used with them. My closet was packed last, in the dark, and items were mixed between my room and my son’s, creating additional work. The original vehicle was inadequate, so Klay obtained a larger replacement vehicle and specifically told me I would not be charged for the time spent obtaining it. However, the final billing covered the entire elapsed period. I also later learned that Klay’s daughter was in the vehicle during part of the job. I cannot account for every minute the vehicle was away from me, but I can establish that this was an hourly move, it lasted more than twice as long as expected, and the final bill reflected the full span despite the assurance about the replacement vehicle. After arriving sometime after midnight, I was left outside my own home for approximately 7–8 minutes while calling, texting, knocking, and ringing, with my dogs waiting in my running vehicle. Although I had been told items could be placed in their intended rooms, I was made to feel like an inconvenience when I asked for that to happen. I do not expect movers to be perfect. I do expect reasonable care, honest billing, time management, completion of the work paid for, and accountability. Klay told me he would “take care of any damages.” I documented my losses with photographs, videos, receipts, replacement costs, communications, billing records, and before-and-after property documentation. My damages and losses exceeded $1,000. After repeated attempts to resolve the matter privately, Klay offered a 25% refund of $295. Although I believed my documented losses were worth substantially more, I accepted his proposed compromise to end the dispute. He then argued that the additional $130 I paid to finish the move should not be included in the refund calculation, and I still had to pursue him for follow-through. I retained the photographs, videos, messages, invoices, billing information, property documentation, and reimbursement communications. The mover represented himself to me as Klay Brown, and the service was presented as Klay’s Services. I have since seen the business using the name Premium Relocation Experts LLC. I also identified the legal name associated with Klay Brown as Dmonta Tivel Brown, and he has publicly used “Chixklay” in connection with his musical pursuits. Using a nickname or business name is not inherently improper, but during our dispute Klay suggested that because he was not operating under his legal name, I would not be able to “find him” or pursue recourse. Customers should not be intimidated by that claim. My recommendation is to get all business information and promises in writing, keep invoices and billing records, photograph belongings and rental walls and floors before the move, document who is present, and track hourly time yourself. Do not rely solely on verbal assurances that damages will be handled later. In summary: I paid approximately $1,050 for a move expected to take 3–4 hours that exceeded 10 hours, remained unfinished, and caused more than $1,000 in documented damages and losses. I paid another $130 the next day to finish the job, accepted a $295 refund compromise proposed by Klay, and still had to pursue him for follow-through. I would never entrust my belongings or another move to this individual again. I’m also a Scorpio, and hopefully that denotes something I don’t need to elaborate on. I document everything, I follow through, and I am prepared to present the evidence to the court and pursue the lawful remedies available to me. Despite being told otherwise: I found him. The court found him too.

We picked up a very nice entertainment cabinet from a friend. Solid Oak and much heavier than expected! We couldn’t even slide it one inch out of the U-Haul . I put out the message for HELP. The response was very quick. Klay and his assistant (sorry his name escapes me😖) managed to get the job of 3 men done with 2 (and a little help from my partially disabled brother) were the first to respond. We checked the reviews of the first 3 to respond and they all checked out as good. And Klay got it done ! Thank you Klay‼️❤️

We had a pool shed that was an absolute wreck with critters also getting into it over the winter. We reached out to Klay and he was here the next day putting in some incredibly hard work to make the shed spotless and clean. He also reorganized the entire shed to the point it looks entirely new! Do not hire, my bathroom still had soap stains in the bath tub. He couldn’t even move the kitchen mat to sweep underneath. There were food particles on the kitchen floor. I didn’t see any difference with subpar cleaning that was done. So much regrets hiring this person and a waste of my money. So many dirty areas and is sad. My stove is so dirty doesn’t look like it was even touched. Sinks was not clean but just wiped off. I can go on and on.
