Nick from Knock Knock did a great job replacing the old hardware on our solid wood front door. We originally had three separate pieces of hardware, and he helped us simplify everything down to a new smart deadbolt and handleset. The job also required filling and covering the opening left behind by the old lock. Nick was very professional, thorough, and worked late to make sure everything was completed properly. The Bondo used to fill the old opening did create a pretty strong smell inside the house for a few hours, but that was temporary and the finished result looks great. We’re very happy with the work and are already considering having Nick come back to help with some additional weather sealing and replacing the door kick plate. Would definitely recommend him!
Tricky job with French Wooden Doors that are very old. Fixed job and then asked if there were any other projects he could help with. Much appreciated seeing if more to do and cleaning up his mess AND double checked his work to make sure a good job was done.
