Edgar and his team are professional and know what they are doing. We quoted 6 plumbers for a whole house water line repiping. Knockout is the most time and economic efficient company. They abided with their committed timeline pretty well. There was a small hiccup on one day, Edgar and his team owned it up and made sure the people living in were taken care of. They also left no residual work behind. Everything was taken care of as promised. Highly recommended, especially for repiping job where you need the professionals.

Reviews
They were very responsive and had availability immediately, even though I did not have a plumbing emergency. Person doing the work was kind and respectful, and completed the job with very minimal disruption to those were home at the time. The only downside is that they charged by job Instead of by time, which equated to over $300 per hour.
Job done quickly - consultation and work in 3 day period. Install team helped my FIL feel comfortable. He was very happy!
Never showed as scheduled. I waited 2.5hrs. They finally called. They rescheduled for later in day and Im the priority. Was 35min late for that appt! Seriously? Once there, Kevin was super nice & he didnt charge me (as they shouldnt have!) as he was there for only 5min to fix the problem & i waited over 3hrs that day.
Quick response. Excellent service. Kevin explained all options I can choose very kindly and finish the job quickly with good quality. Highly recommend.
Needed some work down on the P-Trap. They did a great job and super satisfied with the work. Thank you
Great job! Knockout Plumbing was right on time and did a great job! I would definitely use this plumbing service again
Confirmed appointment in the morning. 25 mins before appointment says cannot make it. I could have found somebody else to help by now.
Unfortunately, despite numerous requests, they have still failed to provide an invoice. They mentioned that the invoice comes with a one-year warranty after the job is completed. Their failure to provide an invoice makes me question whether they can guarantee the quality of their work.
Hired them to fix a leak and they were right on time and fixed it fast.
Good communication, on time and quick in diagnosing the issue. Did a great job fixing the leak and unclogging our sink. Would definitely rehire for any future plumbing needs!
Really great service and super responsive. They worked later than anticipated because the part we bought was faulty, and I had to go out and get a new part. They went to their other job and came back and finished it, even though it was after 5pm on a Friday. Thank you!
Edward and Kevin are amazing. My faucet was over 70 years old and in desperate need of replacement. Kevin removed the broken fixture and installed a brand new one. It's beautiful! Works like a charm. Thank you both!
They did not show up when scheduled. After the time when they were supposed to have arrived and someone called and we rescheduled for the next day. That day, they neither showed up nor called.
Francesco did an amazing job to repair our bathtub pipe! Really professional service, highly recommended
Quick response and professional rep. and reasonable service fee.
Knockout responded the quickest and was able to book an expert within the same day to replace my water valves. Very impressed with how quick they were able to complete my project.
We purchased a new home and we wanted a plumber to come out for a few things and to do a general inspection. There were some items on the list which needed to be actioned on while others were general questions. The person that came was very knowledgeable and informed me of quite a few topics. We had an issue where our water heater and the tech took the time to thoroughly explain how they work, what issues they cause etc. I really appreciated this as it was a ton of information which would be helpful in the future. I'll definitely use them down the line for any major repairs or maintenance.
Francisco was professional and efficient! And a great guy too!!
1. booked appointment for sat. Called them up 2 hours before the appointment and they said, we can't make it because thumbtack database is not synched to our real database. Ok we will come on Mon evening. 2. Monday evening I call them after they miss the appointment, and they say "Oh so sorry, we forgot to mark it on our calendars" Wasted my time.
