Darius was friendly and sent an estimate quickly, but the job did not go as planned. He cancelled the first work day because his crew called out, and the ceiling work was later cancelled with a change order. He repaired the gate, but he never confirmed the time, and I only found out it was done three days later. The board next to the new hinge is split, and he did not respond when I sent a photo of it. The refund took two weeks and several follow-ups after he agreed to it. To his credit, he refunded the full $663 he agreed to and sent a receipt.
