I had a HOT paint project for my den, kitchen and office that needed to be done before I went out of town. I made contact through thumbtack at 1030 PM and received a response. An hour later we settled on terms and he arrived the next day and not only finished the job but did an excellent job. I definitely will be hiring him again in the future.
Before doing the project, he said 1000 dollars, so I went to store to purchase all the stones and vanity. Then he said 4200, which is huge difference. So, it takes me almost two days to select the products, and also, maybe a big cost and energy to hire someone to return all the stuff.

had laminated flooring installed for $2500 and it was a poor job. brought all the materials myself and when I pointed out areas of tile that were coming up and lifted all I got were promises to to fix the areas but they never came after they were paid in full. So now I have regrets because I need to hire someone else to fix the floor they installed. I have at least 4 areas were tiles are lifting up and they never came back.
