Jacques, knew what he was doing. Very friendly. Charged a very fair price. Did not rush the job. Took the time needed to do the job right. I would definitely would have him work on any future plumbing issue if they arise.

Contacted them and he told me he could come the next day at noon. 12:30 the next day, didn't hear from him. Asked if he was still coming, he asked for my address. I have my address and then never heard from him again. I messaged him several times and no response.
Very professional and honest! After having other companies quote me thousands of dollars for a clogged drain he solved the issue within 2 hours and at a fraction of what the other companies wanted. Highly recommended! I will be using him for all future plumbing work.
I could have chosen all selections for how well he did. He corrected a problem in shower that 3 other companies wouldn’t touch. He’s very good at what he does!!
Installed my water softner and helped correct some of the piping that soneone else messed up prior. Went above and beyond for a fair price! Was very friendly as well! Thanks so much!
I recently hired Koality Plumbing to install two toilets in my rental property, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service! From the very first contact, they responded quickly, addressing all my questions and concerns promptly. The installation was efficient, and the technician was professional and knowledgeable. What impressed me the most was the overall quality of the work done. I highly recommend Koality Plumbing for any plumbing needs. They made the entire process smooth and hassle-free!
