I hired Kool Renovations to remodel the master bathroom and bedroom. Throughout the project I was profoundly impressed with Frank’s and his staff professionalism and craftsmanship. The project started on time and I was updated regularly on its development. The work area was kept clean and organized at the end of each day. All my special requests were handled swiftly and you can feel that all the staff is working to make your place the best it can look. My special thanks to Frank, Frank Sr, Julio, Jose (tiler setting), and Carolina for their dedication to the project. I highly recommend this company.

Frank has done an outstanding job installing laminated floor in our apartment, I completely recommend him.
We have not started yet, but out of all pros I met, Frank had the best approach to my floor repair. He will be fixing hollow spots on my wood floor with an epoxy substance. So far great professional.

Had a great experience with Kool Renovations. They installed wood laminate flooring on the second floor of my townhouse and I'm very pleased with the end result. Kool Renovations was very professional, they completed the job within the time frame given and it looks beautiful.
Frank and his team installed 770 SF of outdoor balcony flooring (including waterproofing per condo building specs) on our beachfront condo in Hollywood.
