Just had John and Shane complete my insulation in my attic. Great job, professional, neat and great price. Poor Shane spent 3 hours in my attic in Florida heat. An 11 out of 10.
Excellent work! He offered the best price I could find and completed the insulation job quickly and professionally. Everything was done neatly, and the quality exceeded my expectations. As a bonus, he also added insulation above my garage at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. Honest, reliable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality insulation work at a fair price. Thank you!
Was a great experience working with Kooling, they came promptly. Fast, efficient, good price. Highly recommened to others.
John and his team did an amazing job. They were on time, finished the work with no issues and even cleaned up after the job was completed. Would hire again and definitely recommend!
The insulation work itself was great and the team did a very nice job overall. Unfortunately, during the installation, the power to my master bedroom closet light was knocked out. While they acknowledged the issue and mentioned several times that they would come back to fix it, it has now been three weeks with no follow-up communication and no one has returned to resolve the problem. I’m disappointed in the lack of follow-through, especially after being told multiple times that it would be taken care of. The quality of the work was solid, but the customer service after the job was completed has been frustrating.
John was responsive to my needs and provided a good solution at a fair price. He was easy to communicate with and transparent throughout the entire process.
Thanks guys! Did a great job cleaned up after themselves, great price!
Unfortunately did not have a good experience replacing out duct. John is a nice guy but the job was left unfinished and had multiple damages to my property. First someone fell through bathroom ceiling. They put up a piece of sheet rock but never fixed it. (picture attached) on the way out with old duct they were replacing, my car was scratched. That was never fixed either (attached pic). A light was shattered in the bathroom as well which was never fixed (attached pic) and last but not least the duct work in the attic was horrendous. All the duct scattered all over the place. Not suspended from the roof like it should be and not sctreched out like it should be.. rather duct is loose. Very loose and not suspended at all. They promised to install a fan to help the air get to the other end of the house but I have been waiting for months now and got nothing. Professional who came to see the work said it all had to be replaced. I had asked John for a 2 third refund and he refused. I have delayed putting this negative review for so long because I tried with John. Gave him lots of chances. Unfortunately at this point I have to post my experience. Terrible.
John did an excellent job Insulating our home. He was very professional and went far and beyond. I have already recommend him to two people and will continue to. He also has the best price in all South Florida!
Good work, and professional!
