Kory did a great job of moving a washer/dryer connection in our laundry room to accommodate a new washer/dryer tower and adding a washer/dryer connection in our garage. His communications was great, he was prompt and his prices were reasonable.
Our sump pump needed replacing, and Kory made the whole process easy. He responded quickly on the app, scheduled us fast, and clearly explained what was going on. Professional, responsive and timely. Got a quote for replacing a sink strainer and drain due to a leak. Kory quoted me $165 without materials fee, and offered a 1 year warranty. He did not replace the parts and instead applied plumbers glue. All in all, spent about 10 mins on the job. Still charged me for the original work quoted though the work was not performed. Very friendly guy and came on a Saturday morning, which was appreciated. Too pricy for the work done.
