He was told in advance on the web site before he contacted me that I was purchasing a pivot semi frameless shower door from a local home improvement store and would need it installed. I stated it would be for a small shower opening, new home build and no door to remove. When he arrived, he verified my measurements were correct but then tried to up sale me into getting a 10mm glass from "Coastal". This is not what I expected when he was given the information in the request. He did not seem interested when he knew I was not going to go with a more expensive door which would actually add more weight to the small opening.,

Needed the shower door fixed on short notice our schedules did not line up at first, but he worked around it and sent a tech who could make the time I asked for. Tech showed up on time and had the door closing flush in about 10 minutes. Would use them again for any glass work.
