**Highly unprofessional** I wasn’t going to leave a review but now I have to after repeatedly being accused of leaving a previous negative review. *Red flag* I’ve used Krystal Cleaning’s (Sylvia) services on two occasions. The first booking was an initial deep cleaning, I know some cleaning companies prefer to start this way before taking on repeat clients so I was fine with it. Everything went incredibly smooth…very responsive and efficient, her and her team (daughters) were in and out. I was present at the time of service and paid on the spot. **I wasn’t provided an estimate as discussed, they just showed up and started cleaning but I didn’t mind at the time and just paid whatever at the end of service. Following that service, Sylvia and I discussed setting up monthly cleanings. They had even left behind equipment and I reached out to let them know they could pick it up or I would store it until the next visit. I had been in and out of town all summer, barely at my residence so we finally got around to scheduling at the end of summer. I was under the impression I was starting the monthly cleanings as discussed, Sylvia and her team came, cleaned, and left. This time, I was out of town at the time of service but know my home was nowhere near in need of a deep clean. I have time stamps on my ring cam of them coming and going and it was nowhere near the time spent during the first “deep cleaning”. After the service I didn’t receive a text or invoice so the very next morning I REACHED OUT to Sylvia regarding how to send payment. This is when she informed me that I would be charged for a deep clean vs the 220 for a regular cleaning as quoted. I regarded it as a simple miscommunication and attempted to discuss the rate with her. Please view screenshots provided of their unprofessionalism, including her accusing me of refusing to pay (which I stated repeatedly I wasn’t refusing), threatening to come to my house to collect payment in person, confusing my services/home with another client of hers, and accusing me of posting a negative review that was clearly left by someone else.
Soooo happy with their service. My house hasn’t been this clean in years. Is the detail that I was most impressed with. Highly highly recommend!
My family was SO impressed with Krystal Klear cleaning services that we not only hired them to unpack my craft room so i could get organized following a move and surgery but we also asked them to come back every two week for standard cleaning and use them for all our organizational needs as we remodel. Their professionalism, value, and work ethic cannot be beat! Hire them TODAY before they are all booked!

Most was done great. Especially the kitchen. But the Master bathroom shower still had hair in the drain and the lower corners of the shower were still dirty as well as the floor. I would have thought the cat hair on the floor pillow would have been vacuumed. But almost everything else was excellent.

I gave two stars because the team showed up very early but I was generally dissatisfied with the job. I included cleaning windows and even had to remind them about the windows but they ignored my windows leaving them dirty. The house was not even clean as I had expected including bathrooms. My kid’s window blind was destroyed but carefully left in the closet instead of letting me know. Find photos attached

The two ladies were super pros, and their work far exceeded my expectations. They cleaned an extra bedroom; were responsive to all requests like vacuuming the basement floor; and cleaned my microwave and stove so well that they look new.
