Fabio did an outstanding job installing my new kitchen sink and bathroom faucets!He arrived at good time and was very polite and accommodating.
Fabio is a diamond in the rough. He was clear in his descriptions. He showed up when he said he would. He went through each step thoroughly and found the actual root problem. Others just wanted to throw money at the problem. I would ask Fabio back for any job because I know he would do it right.
We were contacted by Fabio asking for pictures of the repair we were requesting. After sending videos he asked if he could come by to look at it. He came by and initially through conversation appeared to be a nice christian man. His assessment which we already knew before he arrived was a broken torsion spring. After immediately walking into the garage he said $450 and a two week turnaround time as the part had to be ordered. We advised him 2 weeks was way too long of a wait. He then said if “WE” ordered the part through Amazon which he sent the link to order, it could be installed sooner. We ordered (2) torsion springs for a cost of $136 to arrive in two days through my prime and paid him the $85 assessment fee. His cost for labor was STILL $450 minus the $85. After he left, my neighbors advised us that this charge was astronomical and the average cost from their previous repairs through other companies ranged from $250-325 for parts AND labor. We then called several companies as well as asked on FB for estimates and was never given a price for parts and labor that exceeded $325. We texted him two days later to cancel and he never responded back to the text. I hope God blesses him real good with the $85 we paid him. I would NOT advise this company unless you just want to give away $236-$336.
Fabio is great! Him and his team and Kyle did an amazing job! He is a master and does great work We had a dishwasher, leak, and some drywall and flooring get ruined. So he helped us put a new flooring, new trim, did some work in the bathrooms, and replace some drywall and painting. 5/5! Great job and very responsive Good value Very nice and kind human

Fabio did a great job installing a new mailbox and post at our home in Mary Esther. He was very responsive and got the job done quickly for a very reasonable rate. We will definitely use Fabio again for future projects.
It took us awhile to scout for a handyman. Finally I came across Fabio’s profile. He did a complete new mailbox install including wood post. We are satisfied with Fabio’s work. He came on time, organized with his tools, polite, and obviously knows what he’s doing. He even took out the old one. And he’s rate/hr is also a plus! We will surely hire him again for other tasks.
