George was on time for my surprise anniversary dinner with my wife. He was accommodating to my seafood allergy and my wife’s love for seafood! The meal was absolutely delicious and there was a ton of leftovers!
Last night Chef Greg came to my home and gave my man a memorable birthday dinner. He patiently planned the courses with me beforehand, being specific to our likes. He arrived at my home on time, I wasn’t ready for his arrival but he patiently waited. We had our dinner outside on the patio, he was even our photographer. Every course was beautifully plated, absolutely delicious. For appetizer we had 4 large meatballs with 3 different sauces, perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection. The sauces were all incredible. Then the garden salad with balsamic vinaigrette, with simple yet elegant. The main course southern comfort heaven, 3 huge pieces of fried chicken with spicy honey drizzle, collard greens, and baked Mac and cheese. Chef Greg warned us we wouldn’t be able to finish everything he was right. We wanted to but there was no way. Everything was amazing. He ended the dinner with peach cobbler , “oh my goodness.” As full as we were we had to eat half. It was the best way to complete the dinner. I would recommend Chef Greg to anyone who is looking for quality food, beautiful presentation, excellent professionalism and an overall good guy. I will absolutely have hire him again for another dinner.

My fiance and I hired Chef Greg on our original wedding day since it was rescheduled due to COVID. After calling to secure his services, he was able to talk with both of us to develop a menu. He arrived on time with all the necessary cookware needed. He served us an amazing four course meal! He also practiced safe procedures as he kept his mask on the entire time. The food was delicious and the presentation was stellar! He cooked more than enough food for the two of us; we got to enjoy leftovers as dinner for the next day. We will definitely use Chef Greg's services again.
We hired Chef Greg for a surprise anniversary dinner for my in laws. He was so quick with his responses and worked with us to create the perfect menu for them. He arrived early with everything he needed and wore a mask for covid purposes the whole time. He was professional and my in laws said the food was AMAZING!! I included the picture of their main course and dessert. We are so pleased and would highly recommend him for any catering or dinner needs!!!
We hired Chef Greg to cook for a 90th birthday party at a vacation rental for my husband's grandmother. We decided upon a simple 3 course menu and everything was absolutely fantastic! Chef arrived on time to start preparing and the first course, jumbo shrimp cocktail, was being served at exactly 6 pm. A few members of the family liked his cocktail sauce so much, they added vodka and made bloody Mary's. When I spoke to Chef Greg about the menu, he suggested a caesar salad. I mentioned I'm not a caesar salad fan and I remember him saying, because I'd never had his. I rolled with it because I knew the birthday lady liked caesar salad, but he was right! The caesar salad was delicious. We were all super excited about the 3rd course because so far everything had been wonderful. We had a choice between steak or sea bass along with asparagus and fingerling potatoes for the 3rd course. The quality of the food was top notch. When chef arrived he mentioned he would be serving shrimp with the sea bass because he had a hard time finding pieces of sea bass acceptable in size. I wish I had remembered to take a picture of my plate because the presentation was great, but also because the sea bass was a wonderful size. The ribeyes were as well and seasoned to perfection. Everything served tasted amazing and the family was talking about the food for days. When Chef left, the kitchen looked like he had not been there. I have no complaints about this experience. I'm so glad to have booked Kulinary Kings for this event.

Chef Greg is amazing. We planned a dinner party for eight and researched private chefs After speaking with Greg, we went with Kulinary Kings and were not disappointed. From start to finish the meal was fabulous. We started with shrimp cocktail and then poached peach salad which was out of this world. The entree was Chilean Sea Bass with risotto and a light lemon sauce. Some of our guests said it was the best fish dish ever. Desert was a strawberry zabaglione that was light and a perfect ending. Kudos to Chef Greg we highly recommend Kulinary Kings.
Chef Greg came through for me with excellent dishes of Red Snapper and Beef short ribs for my wife’s last minute bday bash! Saved my hide! A happy wife, a happy life!
Kulinary Kings catered a party for 30 people last night. Chef Greg knocked it out of the park!!!! Chef Greg was punctual, professional and his food was amazing The chicken and waffles were unbelievable as was the shrimp and grits Thank you Chef Greg.

Food was beyond our expectations. Our guests raved about the fried chicken, Mac and cheese. Our wedding cake was the best.
We celebrated our 1st year wedding anniversary and hosted a cocktail party for the occasion with approximately 50 guests. We hired Kulinary Kings to prepare an assortment of hors d'oeuvres that consisted of beef, chicken and seafood. In addition to dessert. Chef Gregory Evans prepared the food to perfection. Everything he prepared was so delicious. The chicken salad on gourmet black pepper cracker and the filet over sweet potato was to die for. Our guests are still raving about the food and service. He arrived on time and immediately started preparing the food. We also had two servers and one bartender. They were all professionally dressed. Our guests were very impressed and appreciative that they wore rubber gloves when handling the food. The Servers were very professional and attentive ensuring that everyone was okay. In fact, my husband and I never had to look for them, as they were always there ensuring that we were okay. Very friendly and sweet young ladies. We had a signature drink "Bohemian" (chambord, peach vodka and champagne). The Bartender wasn't familiar with this cocktail but was very eager to learn how to make it. She worked with me to get it to perfection. Our guests loved it. She was also able to make and keep up with whatever drink requests our guests had. She did not become overwhelmed by the number of requests...very friendly and professional. We will definitely hire Kulinary Kings for our next event and request to have the same young Ladies accompany him...although we're sure that his entire staff are just as friendly and professional as the three young Ladies who worked our event. We are so happy that we chose Kulinary Kings. Awesome job! Carl & Diane
I will not share every detail but I must share that my experience with this caterer was horrible. The most embarrassing Christmas party I've ever planned. I filed a complaint with the NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs. The mediation process resulted in me being offered $150 but only if I promised not to share my experience on social media or sites. That should say enough...

Chef Greg & his crew exceeded our expectations both in quality and value. While they were a little late vs. our expected start time the wait was well worth it. Our theme was a Hawaii-50 b'day party with appetizers for abt 45 people in tight quarters. While we came into our initial meeting with him with a list of items he improved on our suggestions. Those attending the party could only rave about the food and the courteousness and professionalism of the his entire staff. We would not hesitate to use the Kulinary Kings again.
