About KVA Holistic Wellness Sanctuary
I'm a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner with a Master's in Psychology, 25+ years of experience, and I've supported 2,000+ people, including losing 60 pounds and reversing my own menopausal symptoms using the exact protocol I teach. There was a moment I was suffering in my own body, gaining weight, exhausted, hormones all over the place, and the scariest part was that I had no idea why. Then I discovered that my minerals were depleted and my lifestyle was quietly draining my body dry, and once I gave my body what it had been starving for, everything changed. Now I help men and women over 35 who have been told their labs are normal but still live with daily pain, exhaustion, and brain fog, finally lose the weight, eliminate the pain, and feel strong and clear-headed again without spending years going from doctor to doctor with no real answers.

Our vows were beautifully written and concise as we asked for. Kristin and Kat her witness performed a beautiful ceremony. if you’re nervous about the wedding ceremony, Kristin is your perfect choice because she instantly put you at ease. Like we can’t say enough good things about her.
I had a wonderful yoga session with Kristin. Before the session, Kristin gathered information about my health status, experience with yoga, and my goals and objectives for the session. She also asked me to send her the YouTube video I have been using for my at-home practice. Thus, she was well prepared for the session. It was obvious Kristin is knowledgeable and skilled in the practice of yoga. As we worked through the various poses, she offered gentle corrections and suggestions to improve my performance of each pose. I was pleased overall, and scheduled another session for next month.
Professional, responsiveness. Thank you for a great session.
