Kyle responded promptly. He and his apprentice, Mike, were exceptionally polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I had received a quote from another company that informed me that my fireplace and chimney needed a complete overhaul due to incorrect installation. Kyle thoroughly inspected everything, from the floor to the roof, and assured me that everything was in order. The only issue was the need for additional heat protection on one wall. He provided me with photos and videos from the attic as evidence and guided me through the process step by step. He also provided an inspection report and, after the inspection, they cleaned out the fireplace and chimney without leaving any mess. I highly recommend them! Sent from my iPhone

Showed up on time just as scheduled… got the job done quickly and didn’t leave a mess
We needed an inspection to see if our fireplace in a new to us house could even be used. He showed up on time and did an excellent job explaining our options and writing a quote for repairs. Will be hiring to do the work once the weather is nicer!
Showed up early, did a great job, texted pictures of the inside of my vent to show no issues. Fast & efficient. He even gave me a few tips on fireplace use. 100% will hire again in the future.
He was punctual, great communication. He cleaned and inspected our wood burning fireplace, and cleaned up nicely when finished.
Great experience. Highly knowledgeable and was a great communicator. Highly recommend for all your chimney needs.
Overall a very satisfying experience. Nothing can be identified as less than ecellent.
Job was completed as described, on time and with courtesy. Would recommend to others.
Positive experience with Kyle, was able to come by quickly and cleaned my fireplace. I appreciated them taking the time to correct the issue with the log placement and for leaving the area clean after finishing their work.
Kyle was amazing. He is very thorough and took the time to explain the proper procedure to ignite and shutdown the gas fireplace. Checked the chimney and made future recommendations to ensure the fireplace would be safe and enjoyable.
