Juri and his helper did an outstanding job of renovating our old deck. He is a skilled carpenter. He arrived on schedule and they worked all day. The deck looks gorgeous. He also replaced the deck steps

My deck was completed in no time after receiving the ordered materials. It is beautiful.
This is my second time working with Yuri. He built a beautiful wood fence for me. His work is top quality. He is friendly and always punctual!
An absolute pleasure to have Mr. Yuri build our deck he was very professional, very reasonable priced. We love it. We will definitely will be using him in the near future for other projects that we have for our Home. Man, willing to come out and work in 107° weather and still have a smile on his face You can’t put a price on that type of craftsmanship .PLEASE pay this man what he ask.!!!
I really appreciated Yuri. He was upfront about costs and gave me a fair price. I would definitely hire his company again!
I highly recommend KY Construction LLC. I had my deck enlarged. The design was exactly what I wanted. Excellent company to work with.
Results were better than expected. I plan on using Yuri again for future projects
Yuriy did an amazing job—professional, punctual, and budget-friendly. He brought my vision to life and delivered excellent craftsmanship. I would gladly hire him again. If you want it more casual, more detailed, or tailored for Google/Yelp, say the word.
Yuriy build a deck addition thats transformed our backyard. The builders deck was out of square and Yuriy made the addition so cohesive with the original deck it looks like the house came this way. The Trex decking looks amazing and his pricing is reasonable.
These guys did a great job. Incredible quality of work. Best value from a contractor I have seen in a long time.
All five of the attributes-Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value, Professionalism and work quality apply to Yuri's work.
Yuriy did a great job! He was responsive and on time. He and his worker did the job in one day-we were expecting 2-3 days. Our deck is now safe and structurally sound.
I've found my carpenter for any future needs. Yuriy did a great job on my porch makeover. I just left him alone and he did his thing. You can tell a good carpenter when you look at the detail work! Thanks, Yuriy
Very professional and knowledgeable. Super quick and reasonably priced! Great work and will use their services again in the future. I’ve added Before and After pictures of their great work!
Yuri replaced boards and painted 3 decks and my front porch. The carpentry work and paint look good. However he neglected to cover my rhododendron, skip laurel, eononymus, juniper , ferns , peony and a section of soil. These are covered with paint. I pruned the plants and hope they will be ok . He also left without replacing the large plants and furniture on my decks and the glider he put inside my living-room. He said he’d come back in 4-5 days to put things back. I told him I would not pay until everything was put back. He came back next day and did that. He appeared surprised that my plants had been covered in paint.
Yuiry did an excellent job on my front exterior stairs.
Yuri with KY Construction, LLC. did a fantastic job rebuilding our deck! He was professional, responsive, and delivered high-quality work at a very fair price. The composite deck looks great, and the entire process, from demo to final build, was smooth and well-managed. I really appreciated how clear and communicative he was throughout. I would absolutely work with Yuri again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and skilled craftsmanship.
Hard to find this level of quality and integrity in this day and age. Replaced rear deck, hung new front door and storm door, and replaced front porch rails. Awesome job! Solid as a rock, will be here long after I’m gone! We just upped our curb appeal big time! They created a space where we can hang out year round. 10 out of 10 stars!
Overall disappointed. I hired KY Construction for LVP installation and self leveling due to great reviews and the assumption he was licensed and insured. Yuriy was careless when applying self leveling leaving a thicker coat on one side of the home. He didn’t self level under washer and drier leaving them lower than other areas. He tried correcting self leveling area by hot gluing board paper to the concrete making it sound loud and feel hollow when walking in that area. The vinyl flooring has same patterned boards in several areas emphasizing the non authenticity of it compared to hard wood. A mistake of an amateur installer. When confronted with imperfections for correction purposes he gaslights and pretends to not understand English when he understood it in its entirety upon meeting. He doesn’t care about customer satisfaction but rather cash for a quick job. I would be weary when considering this man for hire.
I recently had the pleasure of working with KY Construction for my home flooring project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start until finish, Yuriy and his team were very responsive, punctual and provided valuable advice on my project. Our flooring project was completed on time, flawlessly. Pricing is very reasonable especially considering the high quality of work. I highly recommend Ky Construction to anyone needing flooring services.
