Kim and her crew were extremely helpful, friendly and honest with their estimates, very punctual, paying attention to details and just what it would take to get the job done. Very informative with each step.

They sent out someone to come quote me on a smaller than 10x10 condo kitchen remodel. They quoted me above $15,000 dollars. I wasnt even able see any designs or anything. I had to do my kitchen their way. I was not able to pick or see any samples. The estimator Kim was not able to provide me an estimate on paper. Just got bad service all around. And yes 15K
Rami was there every step of the way. Even when we questions or concerns, he responded quickly and put us at ease. And the job came out beautifully
Contacted on 7/25 still awaiting a scheduled visit or call. Spoke once to a pre sales person who was going to get back to use with a PM, and... Nothing...
I didn't used their services but the customer service was great. I will recommend them! Thank you Rami for your professionalism.
We chose to partner with Kyra construction to build a small outdoor kitchen. The GC, Rami, was prompt (providing a quote upon inspection of the job site, which was fair), very communicative /transparent (we probably talked every couple of days during the project), and held to the timeline. The construction team was also very friendly, did quality work, and left the job site very clean. Overall, what a great experience!
I want to recommend Kyra Construction. They came out fast and helped us with a few cabinets that needed to get replaced. And flooring in the kitchen. Other companies wanted to redo our complete kitchen, Rami helped us fix it in time and less than we expected. Great Contractor!
Hired Kyra Construction to redo our kitchen and flooring, The office staff was super helpful with choosing and ordering materials for our kitchen. Rami was fun to work with, a true artist. We ended up doing our backyard with outdoor living space and it all flows to our open kitchen. We love it!
Show up to appointments that they make.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Rami who exceeded my expectations of professionalism, transparency, and work ethic. I would definitely consider meeting with Rami for your home project.
Kyra construction does not accept work under $10,000
From start to finish, working with Kyra construction was smooth, professional and amazing! We’ve worked with other contractor companies in the past that would either leave work unfinished or poorly done so we were very careful when selecting a new company to install a gate and convert a window into a back door. From the beginning we knew we’d be in good hands with Kyra (and were so happy to find them!) Not only did they help us with recommendations when we needed help, they were very punctual, professional and communicative. Everything came out beautiful-great quality work done on schedule and it was so easy to communicate with the team when we had questions. We’re very happy to have found our go-to contractor for all of our future projects. Thanks so much! We are overjoyed with your work!
Had a great experience with Kyra Construction. Rami’s enthusiasm and attention to detail really helps in translating your ideas into a cohesive workable plan/vision for the site. One area I was particularly impressed by was the team’s knowledge and access to resources within the tile and natural stone space. Ask to see some of their recent projects!
Kyra did a fantastic job completing a complete first floor and primary bathroom remodel for us including removing walls and a fireplace, installing hardwood floors, installing new countertops and backsplash, paint, and a powder room remodel. We couldn't be happier with the results. We even selected non-uniform Zellige tile for our backsplash and they did a great job making sure it was properly installed including mixing up the tiles from different boxes to ensure a balanced look. Rami walked us through the entire process from the beginning including highlighting all of the potential unknowns and issues that may arise so that we would be prepared. He also made many very helpful design suggestions that looked great and helped save on unnecessary costs! The team was extremely responsive throughout the entire process including repeated visits to make sure the finished product was to our satisfaction. The project was completed on time and within budget. But most importantly, we felt like we could trust Rami and his team -- including trusting them to tell us where our expectations were also unreasonable. This is a trait that has been hard to find with other vendors we have worked with. Would highly recommend!
We used Kyra construction before for a remodeling project, We loved it. The team was great and Leanne was available for us even after hours They were dedicated to our project beyond our expectations. The project manager was great and worked with us. Excellent experience! We realized we made a smart decision going with Kyra. Highly recommended and we would use them again. Thanks
Wow, Over the phone your company is great, your technician is another story, he gave showed me his estimate, I told him it was much higher than the other estimates, I asked for a written estimate to show my wife. He said they don't give a written estimate. Since I did not accept his estimate, he got an attitude and thanked me for wasting his time, as I was escorting off our property. What the #$@$. I am very glad I did not accept his estimate, if that's how you treat your customers. Wow
This review has been a long time coming. I want to start out by saying that it was a pleasure working with Kyra Construction even though there were significant hiccups along the way. When I met with Rami, I presented him the scope of work; which was two master bathrooms, 3k sq/ft of tile flooring and an entire kitchen renovation. His pricing came off a bit higher than my allocated amount, but Rami was determined to earn my business. We worked together to cut costs and it was nice to be able to negotiate the contract at the table and not through endless emails and phone calls. Long story short; we contracted Jan 2021, and I was excited. Starting off the crew was great. Attention to detail, cleanliness and professionalism was on point. This continued all the way though the job. There was no instance of the individual subs being unprofessional. The bathrooms/showers/kitchen cabinets/countertops and everything else that's not the flooring was excellent. Lastly this pertains to the owner of the company- Rami. Rami and I butted heads through out this project. This is not uncommon in construction. I have been in construction for many years, and it is like a relationship. There are highs, and lows, but eventually you will work it out. Don’t be afraid to tell your contractor what you want, and I expect the contractor to not be afraid to tell me what they want. I must say though, Rami is a man of his word. I respect him highly for it. When he says he is going to do something, you can trust him on it. I know I am not an easy person to work with and overall, I am very happy with the outcome of this construction project. If you can take one thing from this review is understand that people will be working on YOUR HOME. It will get emotional. You will want to be a part of it, you will get stressed when jobs take longer than expected, you will get stressed you cannot use your facilities and there will be mistakes along the way. My recommendation? Take some time and go out for the day. Do NOT stay at home. As I said before, Rami is trustworthy; he’s a man of his word and he will do everything he can to make you happy and satisfied.
Hired to do a bathroom remodel (replace moldy wood paneling on walls and ceiling of large bathroom with drywall). They did a great job! My bathroom looks beautiful and is exactly what I wanted. They even moved a couple of outlets at no extra cost. They left everything in perfect shape - no need for a "punch list" or ask them to come back to fix something. I'd definitely hire them again.
We decided to remodel our bathroom, and we realized since we are already into construction, might as well go ahead and do a complete remodeling that we had in mind for a while. I can’t say that we didn’t have challenges along the way, But after all, is said and done, I had to post this review to say thanks! Thanks, Rami for making our home a beautiful place.
Kyra Construction made my home beautiful! We renovated a kitchen, bathroom, and dining room in my 100-year-old house, completed over several months in 2020. Before the project, I met many contractors who were ready and able to renovate the space, but Rami was the only one who offered design ideas that made the space feel special and custom. For example, he helped me pick the perfect tile for the bathroom. He covered a load-bearing beam with a creative curved ceiling. Of course, all of the practical things were taken care of, too -- leveled floor, safe electrical, updated plumbing. While covid safety wasn’t my ultimate goal in hiring a contractor, I am beyond appreciative of the care that Rami’s team took to keep my family safe, wearing masks and keeping distant. They pulled this off in a pandemic, so I can only imagine what they can do in normal times. Thank you, Rami and Kyra!
