Reviews
Received a quote from JC Construction. When it came time to schedule, I was completely ghosted. I made texts and calls and all were ignored. Don’t waste your time.
I cannot recommend JC’s Construction enough! Joe and his team stepped in and fixed a massive landscaping and grading mess left behind by another contractor. Knowing we were in a tight spot, he and his crew completed the entire job the very same day they came out to look at it. Fast, professional, and outstanding quality work. Joe is a true lifesaver! Since JC Construction has guys for all kinds of jobs, we will definitely be calling them for our next renovation project. Couldn't be happier!
The team was great! Always on the job as promised and with a great attitude.
They did a fantastic job on our 2nd floor deck. Showed up on time, worked fast, would definitely hire them again.
-They were great working through some problems with the supplier.
The team did a fantastic job in helping me clear the patio weeds, power wash, and sand the patio. Stellar work done! Thank you!
Joe and Leo came in, played a beautiful patio and retaining wall/s, and completed quickly. Commutation was mostly great. Wish they had consulted plan for gate placement .
They reached out, offered a detailed estimate at a reasonable price and came within a few days to get the job done. Would definitely recommend & may use them again for another project.
Amazing work by Joe and Luis. Job well done. Highly recommended working with them.
JC Construction did an outstanding job identifying and repairing the leak on my deck. They were prompt, professional, and thorough—quickly finding the source of the problem and fixing it the right way. The quality of their work and attention to detail gave me real peace of mind. Highly recommend!
I asked Joe to look at what I originally believed to be a simple replacement of a rooted posted. As we investigated the situation it became apparent that the problem was much more severe and would eventually removing and replacing the entirety of my front roof overhang. He and his crew did it on two weekends. The quality of the work was very good. As an architect, I appreciate and recommend good trades peoples. Joe falls into that category.
hi oe Conan delivered excellent craftsmanship and reliable service. I highly recommend him for any concrete work – he’s the kind of contractor you want to hire again.
Quality workmanship and taking your time to do a quality job is what I hoped to find. Joe Coan is someone I highly recommend. He did a thorough job of repairing my concrete stoop.
Great
Joe was very professional and did a great job getting our deck repaired and painted.
Joe is an amazing guy. Absolutely professionalism, excellent skill set, very responsive and punctuality. He is amazing guy and amazing skill set. He is the best person to interact and work with.
We hired Joe to repair our deck - he replaced nearly 400 square feet of decking, rebuilt several steps and a couple of posts as well. Joe was very flexible - we started small, but later added to the job. He was also very communicative - how he was thinking about approaching the job and how to contain material costs etc. He worked over the holiday weekend so he could finish the job as committed.
For first time meeting with Joe to give a quote on several projects around the property, I was very impressed with his characters of honesty and professional manners. He was very observant of faulty issues, then kindly without taking any money, he brought his tools and fixed the yard gate door latch and a fallen piece of wood on house siding. I am in process of hiring him for other projects, the review to be continued..
